Arrived on time and was polite and profesional

The EPC was completed satisfactorily. When I tried to download the EPC later in the day it proved impossible to do. I then went into the Government website and downloaded the EPC from there.

From start to finish Nationwide EPC were excellent! The website was easy to use & had a EPC inspection visit days later, with the EPC cert sent to us on the same day! Very efficient & brilliant. Highly recommend.

The Surveyor was a really nice lady, very polite, well spoken and presentable.

This was the worst service one can expect. The EPC was sub standard and the certificate was full of errors - for example the area of the house was completely wrong. I am in the process of taking legal action

Easy booking. Fast response including making the appointment. Report out within 24 hrs.

After contacting them and instructing them to complete a gas safety, they let it lapse, leaving me in a very vulnerable position. Took well over a month to actually book it in, first blaming incorrect phone numbers which wasn’t the case. I chased countless times for updates and there was no urgency at all.

Nationwide EPC was professional a respectful when giving our new EPC and floorplan. I felt like they knew exactly what I wanted and tailored the floorplan for what we needed it for. I will be using them again.

Nationwide were prompt in their response. The survey was carried out and a response was provided the same day. The experience with the company would have been excellent apart from it not fulfilling the next day contact after my initial contact. It was only after my contacting the company that the explanation was sickness. It would have been helpful if the company had told me this. It was concerning as customers are required to pay in advance.

The system works well, fast, efficient and easy. Phoned one day, made an appointment, the surveyer turned up at the right day, time and was very proficient in what he had to do. Clean and fast as promised. Well done all.
