Poor service..aid for two EPC's on two different…
Paid for two EPC's on two different properties 3 weeks ago, both surveys completed but only one certificate issued. Still waiting for 2nd property's EPC certificate.

easy to book on line and a prompt efficient service. Easy access to certificate. Assessor was good but just walked in around and left. explained the basics. Appeared in a hurry.

Penny is a STAR. I whaving trouble getting in touch…
I was having trouble getting in touch with the appointed surveyor. After waiting 3 weeks, then backwards and forwards and still getting nowhere Penny came to the rescue. Called the main number spoke to Penny, sorted with in two minutes. Thanks Penny extremely helpful and efficient. Five stars for you !!!
