Excellent communication and friendly staff. Delivery was super fast and efficient. I even had some left over which they picked up and refunded without any issues!

This company seemed promising but a total waste of time and disappointing experience in the end. They promise free delivery but then called me to say that the lorry will not be able to make it on my road. I explained that it was utter rubbish as I have 18 tonne lorries dropping off deliveries on my road all the time. So even though my order was already placed and processed, they wanted me to pay an additional fee for delivery which was sold as free on the website in order for them to use a van instead. I told them absolutely not and cancelled the order. You cannot sell something as free to a customer and then demand a charge. Meanwhile thankfully I found a proper company called Nustone and they delivered my order on my road with an 18 tonne lorry! Enough said!

All coping stones were delivered in good condition, we were kept updated on delivery times and given a delivery slot which was kept to, the delivery driver helpfully delivered the stones to the top of the driveway and we were even given a few complimentary extra coping stones.

Incredible service from the first phone call to placing the order a few days later. I first called flustered on the Saturday I spoke to the most incredible gentleman named Nick, he gave some valuable advice and guided me through what I should look out for when the landscape project began. I instantly knew I wanted to spend my money there, and that’s what we did. We changed our mind on the light grey to the Everest pearl and called up Tuesday morning to place the order. Millie dealt with my call and actually advised me that I was ordering too many of the smaller ones and it would be better cost effective to order the bigger packs of slabs, saving us a couple of hundred pounds. She was absolutely lovely on the phone calls I had with her and then the tiles arrived Wednesday morning! Excellent customer service and we are delighted with the tile colour and choice. Since Covid I have personally felt there isn’t such thing as Custer service anymore and yet they completely changed my opinion. Thankyou Nick and Millie for your outstanding support to me and all the guidance and helpful tips and just being genuine caring humans. I can’t thank you enough for everything! Stone samples have been received promptly, carefully packaged.
We have not yet decided between porcelain and sandstone, so cannot yet comment on further service.
