Neon Earth Avis 

I ordered a print months ago (April 2026). We are now in July 2026. When I inquired several times about not receiving it and no tracking available even though I had a tracking number and receipt, they said they had no record of it. So I forwarded all the receipts, emails, and tracking number to them. Then I received several emails stating that the ticket had been resolved when it never was. It was just an email response to my inquiry saying it was resolved. My true rating is -5 stars, but that option isn't available. Lazy, incompetent, and worthless would be the description of their customer service. I'll never spend money there again. I was a repeat customer prior to this.

I made a Trustpilot account just to leave this review. It's not often people go out of their way to leave a positive review.

I was thoroughly impressed of their work, attention to detail, and the quality of the image on a 10 ft x 7.5 ft custom tapestry.

This, by far, exceeded my expectations. The print was clear and no noticeable merging lines - which is extremely hard to do with an image of this size. Obviously, it starts with having a good image file. The sewing is well done as well.

I'm so happy and it came in a very reasonable timeline. Thank you for your hard work and attention to detail. I will definitely be back for more!

EDIT: After some back and forth, they honored their warranty and provided a full refund.

ordered a custom wall paper for our new business.. Sanded the wall to minimal texture (can't even feel it when you run your hand over it) Installed the mural and came in the next day to the whole thing crumpled and stuck to itself on the floor. Contacted the company and they had the gaul to say that the wall was too textured and their product only works on extremely smooth surfaces... Wall paper only on extremely smooth surfaces? They refuse to address the faulty product.

Ordered two rugs from Neon Earth and absolutely loved the quality. Soft fabric, rich colors, and free shipping further reduced the cost.

Last month, I ordered from Neon Earth and had a very good experience overall. Initially, I faced some issues related to the payments, but their customer support team was quick to respond and helped me throughout the process. The product I received was excellent, and the delivery was completed within the promised timeline.

Customer service is awful. Quality control, terrible. Bought two murals and both came cut in half because apparently that's easier to ship. But yet they don't line up, color is off, and the picture is grainy. They don't try to replace it or refund you, they tell you to do what they want done then simple just ignore you and your out money. Don't order from here, they are awful.

Ordered a large shower curtain with my design printed on it. Arrived in a timely manor and the image looks great. There are subtle white lines in the curtain fabric, but these hid the 2 seams in the curtain. Very happy with the product, looks better than expected. FYI - there are 9 holes for hooks instead of standard 12.

Don’t expect customer service or accountability.

I have ordered 10+ items from Neon Earth and some were great, unfortunately because quality control does not exist at the factory apparently some were terrible and unusable. What should have been easily fixed at minimal cost wasn’t. They don’t care about their customers after the sale has been made.

You’re rolling the dice if you go with Neon Earth. Every other major custom print on demand service out there has systems in place to ensure quality control before items are printed Neon Earth does not.

I have ordered a Square Rug. The product is good and is soft to use as I expected. It also fits well with my room style and adds a cozy touch. The design is simple and elegant.
