Bad service - massive delays, no update, wrong info when you call

Nice web site and attractive discounts. But service is awful. Print much delayed, impossible to get useful information from a call center in India

There was a shipping issue

I ordered a framed print for over $100…

I ordered a framed print for over $100 and I recieved the print only and I am still being charged for framed print

You cut off the chair and the ground and left way too much sky. Very dissatisfied. This should have been common sense

I had used Vivyx Printing twice, and overall, everything is good. The packaging was really good. Honestly, the cost and quality overall are much better than the products delivered.

Great printing quality

Vivyx Printing delivered my order exactly on schedule, which was very important for my project timeline. The print quality of brochures and business cards was sharp, professional, and better than expected. They keep on introducing some offers and discounts as well, which is amazing.

Impressive

Really happy with the the canvas prints I ordered. The colors are exactly as shown on their website, and it's finish looks awesome on my wall. The Packaging on the product was really good and delivery was done on the promised time. I'd probably order again.

Great prints, great customer service

I used Vivyx as they were the only printer I could find that would print my needed size (24 X 32 poster) The first job was beautiful, so I sent 3 more. All of these posters contained a lot of text. The 3 posters came back with blurry text--a problem due to what I sent, NOT how it was printed. Vivyx worked with me to create images which would be crisp as the first one was, and provided me with a generous discount. I created new images and the posters they printed are beautiful. VERY happy with the print job and with their customer service. I will definitely use Vivyx for future print jobs.
