I ordered the base lit version of a lightsaber when I meant to order a xenopixel version. Lisa Mitchell was very helpful in resolving this with me. I was able to update the order in less than 24 hours.

I ordered the Beskar Apex lighsaber which cost $450 mind you and have it shipped in less than a week.When my saber finally came, it came with a box with a 3-digit code on each side but I know what the code is nor do I have seen such code on any email or text. So contact customer service and the imbeciles gave non-responses and did not help to a point that I rather have them fired and replaced by Ai. 1/10 would never buy Neosabers.

Decided to buy one for myself and encountered a slight issue, but again customer service addressed the issue and resolved it. Outstanding customer service. The sabers are amazing, the Xenopixel blades are amazing, and the Saber quality is excellent. My first Saber and I love it.

Ordered the Ripper Pro with the xenopixel core for my birthday in January. They were running a promo for two free sabers with the deluxe saber. Spent nearly $400 on the whole order. Waited a few weeks for them to arrive. The two free sabers were the only thing in the box that worked correctly. They're nothing premium but they work well enough, though they're likely available elsewhere for $40-$60. The Ripper Pro body is alright but wasn't working correctly, not lighting up the blade, wasn't connecting to Bluetooth, wasn't operating correctly. Customer service dragged their feet on solutions, finally sent a replacement emitter over a week later, waited a couple weeks for it to arrive. Still didn't work. I told them I thought the core was the issue. They informed me it was the wrong core, it didn't match my order and implied I was the one trying to scam them. After countless emails and weeks of waiting for replacement parts, I still don't have a working Pro saber, still waiting on replacement parts, still struggling to get answers. Incredibly disappointing for my first premier saber purchase. Will not be purchasing from them again. Definitely telling friends and family to avoid them.

I know there is a lot a bad reviews about Neosabers. I saw a lot of them after i purchased and i will be honest i was hesitant and thought about cancelling my order. I decided no too, i didn’t mind that maybe it could take 2 weeks to come to the UK.
I ordered it on the 27th of february. Apparently Evri had it in the 3rd of march but it seems they lost it. I even got a notification from every saying the package had been lost on the 13th.
I reached out to Neo and they got back to me today, the 16th, saying it should be out for delivery today.
it was delivered today! i’m happy with it, build quality seems good, plenty of effect, i’m honestly happy. I know there are likely better places but i don’t think neo are a scam, maybe just slightly vague sometimes and the customer service could do with a bit of improvement - 4/5 for me

So i ordered the final season darth maul lightsaber thats almost 600 dollars in February with 2 free sabers, Luke and Mara Jade because valentine's day. Right before my previous review. It was expected February 20th got lost didnt hear back until recently and it arrived today. March 16th. On shop it shows a episode 1 maul for the free saber, and what I got was a generic rbg saber. Not Luke, not Mara, not maul. A month late.

I reached out to them for my birthday for fun for a free gift and they actually sent me one! They were so nice and I’m so thankful. They sent me a nice Anakin lightsaber hilt and a blade. The saber is awesome. It can change colors, it has sound effect like blast and melting and so much more. It also has different saber effects you can change it to. You can change the volume also just by using the hilt. They also have an app which is sick aswell. My favorite effect is the dark saber effect. Thank you so much neo sabers. I definitely recommend everyone getting one if your looking into it!

I ordered The Shadow Hunter double bladed saber one month ago with the included gift of two free sabers. Not only have I still not received my initial double blade order but I received a cheap necklace in the mail which has been apparently listed as the "two sabers" free gift. When I check the tracking for the gift, it shows as "delivered". This is not the level of service I expected for the price. I am willing to wait for a product as long as the product is delivered as expected, but as it stands this is nothing short of fraud. I hope for an amicable resolution to this situation but at this point I feel that I’ve been scammed.

This is my first character replica lightsaber! It’s 100% screen accurate and it’s the nicest saber I’ve ever had. It’s made so well and there’s even details in the sound board computer chips I love with the Sith and Jedi logo hidden. From the details you can see or can’t— it makes for the perfect saber! I can’t wait to cosplay and train more with it!

Their sabers may take a while depending on where they come from. Mainland or overseas, but any issues I had were take care of. There was a backup during some busy months. Stocking issues caused a lot of orders to be paused, I did get a refund and also my order when stock came back in.

I had a great experience with NeoSabers. The lightsaber quality is impressive, especially the smooth swing and realistic sound effects. The saber feels solid and works great for cosplay and dueling. I also had a very positive experience working with their team during a collaboration. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend them to other lightsaber fans.
