First time buying from Neo Sabers, been wanting to for a while. I purchased the Enma Sword Saber. High quality and very sturdy!

Only down side was it came with the wrong screws, I was able to contact customer support and got it sorted in a quick and timely manner.

I just got my shadow lord lightsaber from Neo Sabers, and it's great! I love everything about it, from the application to control its lighting, to every flash of a clash. The hilt has great weight to it, and it feels like I am genuinely holding a real lightsaber!

As I was looking into buying a saber from them, my financial situation did change. But even still, the help I got from them in picking out which one I should look for, was great, and the experience talking back and forth was good and professional too.

They give false advertisement and didn't ship my saber presented in the deal and customer service is bad!!! They giving me a hard time for nothing and I've spent so much money with them. They won't honor the ad being shown and told me they couldn't help. Very unsatisfied to say the least.

Quality workmanship and design and a whole lot of fun to wield. The pixel blade and blue tooth controlled settings are awesome!!!

🤬NEO Sabers!!! I gave them a chance to correct the problem, and they chose to lie & scam people...

Back in April I ordered two Mandalorian Dueling Heavy RGB Light Sabers... And on their site if the order was to arrive before May the 4th you had to order from US Stock vs China Stock... I was going to Star Wars Trivia at D'Ann's and wanted to have that with me...

They issued me a tracking number & said my items would be at my house in three days... Three days never happened and just days before May 4th I receive an update that my order was shipped to China and was held by China customs & was released & headed back to the states... This all happened due to an issue with the logistics department, but then after going back and forth via e-mail they were caught in a lie and admitted that due to the demand US orders were actually shipped from China...

So, they then replied that the items would be here before the release of the film, and gave me a new UPS TN that didn't work from the get go, and to make matters worse other customers were popping up on their page with the same issue...

Now here we are just days away from the movie release & still no delivery yet on their site they are telling people to order the Mando Saber by the 14th and you will have by the movie, but in the same info bar they tell you due to the demand in product you may experience delays in shipping... 😡

So, WHAT THE 🤬 NEO Sabers get your 💩 together us Star Wars fans stick together and will support a company who takes care of a SOLID FAN BASE... Not some 🤬'n company who didn't have enough to meet the demand & used us for a 🤬'd up CASH GRAB...

So, until I receive my delivery it is 🤬NEO Sabers & the Banta you rode up on you scruffy looking nerf herder.

As for this UPDATED REPLY from Neosabers at 3:51 AM... It's an AI reply... I have received this same reply by text and emails for weeks since this issue has begun while more and more people are beginning to post about not receiving their orders.

haven’t gotten my saber yet but the customer service is off the charts

Purchased 2 lightsabers from NEO Sabers a couple of days apart recently. Had questions about shipping and timetables. Their customer service was on top of things. Answered all my questions no matter how mundane or tedious. Lisa Mitchell was a big help and I appreciate her patience.

Had problems with delivery, and after frustration and anger went through me, and many emails to customer service, Neo corrected the problem and sent a replacement which i received in about a week. Unbelievable. The sabers are incredible (and should be for the money). I am actually looking to buy some more.

Great customer service and fast to solve any problems, quality sabers that can actually take quite the hit. Will be getting more in the future.

I got the LSW Vortrex for my son. It’s amazing. Suddenly after I charged it, the light stopped working, the crystal stopped spinning. I emailed Neo Saber support, they replied quickly, asked that I send them a video of what was going on… they took an interest!
I figured the problem out (take gold core out press button to turn it on, connect to app and be sure settings are on pixel!!) and sent another email to tell them I’d figured it out and they replied again just to be sure all was good. Very impressed by their effort.

Worst quality sabers on the market paid $676 for one saber with three free and they are absolutely terrible, one was faulty right out the box and the main saber worth $676 was an absolute load of garbage, DO NOT waste your money use a different website you will not get what you paid for!!!!!

Our sabers were delivered Christmas morning!

I was hesitant to purchase these sabers at first because I see a lot of similar ads online and had my doubts. I went for it hoping for a Christmas miracle and was NOT disappointed.

After obsessively tracking my package and being sure they wouldn't arrive, we went ahead with Christmas morning opening presents etc. Right when we finished, there was a knock on the door. The deliver guy!

I cannot tell you what a great boost this was to get our sabers right at that time.

As for quality, etc. They are awesome! I got the hero saber of Luke's saber from Jedi. It's hefty and the controls are sweet. You can ignite it or turn it off with a twist of the wrist or the main button. The "free" sabers that came with the main hero saber were way better than I expected. What they don't tell you is that they are pretty basic, but they are modular. So you can take them apart to mix the parts and make your own style. PLUSE to my surprise, they screw together so you've got a double bladed saber in there as well. Insane! I love having a couple of plain sabers like that that I can customize the way I like.

Awesome. It's now May as I write this and we are still banging around with them in duel after duel. So the long-term durability is sweet.

Moved from 1 star to 4stars. Although the below experience happened. Neo Sabers was responsive to all my inquiries and sent a replacement. Works Perfect now.

Our $230 purchase and the whole experience has been super disappointing.

My son saved for months to finally order this for his "May 4th be with you" party. His saber had issues right away, like not turning on, and when it did, it would always react to his movement. Then, on day two, the sound completely died.

We reached out to Neo for a replacement, as per their 30-day policy, but they kept asking for videos overnight. After three nights and three videos, they finally sent out a replacement for the chip and something else... I'm still waiting for it. Once I checked the tracking, I saw IT'S COMING FROM CHINA. Neo's website totally makes it seem like they're based in WI or CA.

Overall, we're really unhappy. They should've sent an exchange from their WI hub, and my son would've had a saber for his party...

So I “normally don’t do this” BUT had to share my an experience with Neosabers. Ive bought a few products with them before, but there was a small-little-micro hiccup with my last order, BUT Flora Joseph went light-speed and addressed the issue. Now everything is right in the galaxy and I can now party with some Ewoks- YUP NUB!
