My experience of CBT with Mirco Magi exceeded anything I could have hoped for. He was tireless in his support, and so incredibly thoughtful. He delivered impactful therapy - a clear scaffold to hold onto - picking up on every word I said, challenging me, and tailoring our sessions accordingly. If anyone is uncertain about CBT, or how it might help them, my advice would be just book a session with Mirco if you can. He'll listen, and really engage.

Great CBT therapy course
Great experience with the CBT therapy provided by OneBright. I had 8 online CBT sessions with Maria O’Brien. The sessions were very helpful and have enabled me to change the way I manage my emotions and reactions on a daily basis significantly improving the quality of my life. Maria was very knowledgeable and supportive in helping me apply and practise the techniques. I now feel like a better version of myself and ready to enjoy life.
Brogan Day is amazing!
Brogan Day is such an empathetic, compassionate and responsive trauma counsellor. Over the course of our sessions, she took time to understand how best to help me and build my trust. We started with trauma-focused CBT and moved on to EMDR, which was life changing!

A big thank you to Onebright, and especially my therapist Claire Baker, who supported me through a very challenging time.
Claire was caring and understanding, really took the time to listen, and created a space where I felt comfortable being open and honest - both with her and myself. The sessions she planned were incredibly helpful and gave me a much better understanding of my thoughts and behaviours. I now feel more equipped to continue working on myself and handle difficult situations.
Onebright’s service was excellent throughout, and I would highly recommend them. The process was smooth and positive, and I was able to start sessions quickly after my initial consultation, which meant I got support when I needed it most.
A safe space that made a real differ
We honestly can’t recommend Meg Sirletti enough. From the very beginning, she made everything feel safe, calm, and easy to open up in. Her neuroaffirming approach really shines through, and you can tell she truly understands and cares.
The progress has been amazing to see. The sessions were not only supportive but also practical, giving real tools that are now used day to day.
By the end of the journey, all goals were met:
- Coping with feelings of anger – 10/10
- Feeling less angry overall – 10/10
- Thinking less about a difficult family loss – 10/10
Seeing that level of confidence and emotional growth has meant so much to us as a family.

We had a very positive experience with my son therapist Meg Sirletti through Onebright. She demonstrated a strong understanding of selective mutism, autism, and anxiety, and worked in a calm, patient, and compassionate way to build trust with Matthew.
Over the course of 20 CBT sessions, Matthew made meaningful progress, particularly in his confidence with speaking in safe environments and in developing strategies to manage his anxiety. Meg also helped us, as parents, to better understand his behaviours as anxiety-based, which has been incredibly valuable.
Matthew really benefited from the sessions and built a strong connection with Meg he has even been asking to have more sessions with Meg again, which speaks volumes about the trust and comfort he developed.
While school remains a challenge, Matthew now has a solid foundation of skills to build on. Communication throughout the process was clear and supportive, and we always felt listened to.
We are very grateful for the support provided from Meg and I would recommend her 150%.
Go Elsewhere if you can
The actual therapy was okay when I got it, but the communication and organisation were extremely bad. The CBT therapist I worked with decided it would be best to refer me to a different service, and said it would take around a week for the referral to go through. It’s been over a month and I’ve heard nothing, despite sending weekly follow ups. This means that my health care provider will not cover the therapy I now have to seek separately as One Bright are also not communicating with them.

Abi has changed my life
Abi has changed my life! I had started the process of getting therapy for anxiety a few times but always dropped out before it started. It was really difficult work but I felt really comfortable with Abi, it was very practical support, giving me real tools to help understand what was happening, what I was doing, why it was unhelpful for me and how to address it. It was also oddly reassuring to know that I was right when I thought my anxiety had got to a point that wasn't normal and to be able to understand GAD more. I can't express how grateful I am. It's not like I'm never anxious anymore, but it's part of life and I'm so much more comfortable with uncertainty than I was before - and much more able to recognise when my behaviours that are unhelpful to my anxiety. So grateful.

I was broken when came to One Bright
I was broken when I came to One Bright. Top of the scales for PTSD, Anxiety and Depression. I worked with Samantha Bodi-Ngwala and she was incredible.
Sam admits when we first started (I had to have 21 sessions) I could barely string a sentence together and was crying all the time. EMDR has saved my life. Literally. Sam has put a broken me back together which has taken six months but we both got there together. I am now back at work and my life is thriving. I cannot thank Sam enough I will be eternally grateful I have my life back.
I cannot recommend One Bright enough. If you are suffering and don’t know what to do please, take my advice and go with it. Do it today, get better. You owe it to yourself.

I had 12 online sessions with Caroline, before they started I was initially worried online wouldn't work for me, but It was absolutely fine. Caroline was amazing, the session were the right pace,I have learnt a lot of very helpful strategies to use going forward. Would definitely recommend the service and 100% Caroline she was a very good fit for me.

Fantastic help and support
From the start Onebright were very helpful and fast in arranging a triage and put me through to my therapist Ozkan Gedik. Putting me in touch with Ozkan was perfect. He's very kind, patient and took time to listen. He's also the first therapist that gave explanations as to how and why the brain reacts the way it does. This allowed me to look at my past experiences to see how they made me feel. This understanding has given me the ability to use techniques that have made a huge positive impact to my day-to-day life. I also have a longer term plan that means while my therapy has finished I have the tools to go forward on my own and that doesn't feel daunting. It is freeing.

I was originally given CBT which I knew I didn’t need / wasn’t right for what I was going through, but I tried a couple sessions and when I raised that it wasn’t working, (therapy style not therapist) they reassessed and changed the style of therapy.
Jonathan Kestell was my integrative psychotherapist, and he (& this style of therapy) was exactly what I needed. Felt instantly comfortable. He was great at allowing me to just talk, then he’d pick up on things as topics to go further into. He generally helped me get out of a mind burrow and reach the clarity I needed about my direction

I had an excellent experience working with David Mortimore. From the very beginning, he created a safe and supportive environment where I felt comfortable opening up about my work-related anxiety and stress.
Using CBT techniques, he helped me understand my thought patterns and develop practical, effective coping mechanisms that I can use in everyday life. I’ve noticed a huge improvement, not just in how I manage stress at work, but in my overall mindset and confidence.
