Jan was absolutely incredible with Charlie. She made the sessions fun, was extremely patient when he got fidgety, and engaged brilliantly with him. The information she gave was really helpful

Therapy saved me
A massive thank you to Sadia for helping me through a difficult period in my life. Going through a bereavement triggered emotions I could no longer process alongside massive anxiety and OCD. CBT helped me understand my compulsions, and rationalise my thoughts and how to manage them during difficult periods. I am so glad I reached out and got the help needed.

Superb Support
My therapist Abi was superb. Abi was empathetic, non-judgmental and exceptional at helping me challenge my intrusive thoughts. Abi not only asked thought provoking questions but shared a variety of helpful tools, techniques and resources. I’ve truly learnt so much from Abi - she’s been instrumental in my recovery. My daughter was going through a really difficult time and I was struggling to know what to do. We booked some time with Jan in the hope Molly would open up and let her help and she did. After 10 sessions I have seen a massive difference in Molly. Molly loved her weekly catch ups and felt she could trust Jan and always took her advice and guidance. I had 10 therapy sessions with Abi for anxiety, the quality of the sessions was very high. Abi was very accommodating and I came away very happy with the treatment I received. I only wish I had done it sooner.

I didn’t think I needed support when I first started, but this experience turned out to be extremely helpful and meaningful. It gave me space to reflect, understand myself better, and address things I hadn’t realised were affecting me. The guidance from Mirco was professional, respectful, and genuinely supportive. The company have been nothing but helpful throughout my whole journey, they allowed me to choose a therapist that specially met my conditions and I haven’t looked back. My therapist was incredible and I wouldn’t be the person I am today without her, it has been such an eye opening experience and all I can say is if you are on the fence or nervous about starting this journey then I’m living proof of it working and that when you take that step… the future you will be so proud.

I have really enjoyed CBT therapy. I have had counselling once in the past but i didn’t gel well with it, CBT has changed my experience with therapy completely. I liked having tools to use outside the session as it helped me focus on working on my problems outside the sessions as well as in the sessions. i would recommend it to anyone who is struggling and wants guidance.

HELEN FLETCHER
I worked with Helen Fletcher over a period of time and cannot recommend her highly enough. She supported me through an incredibly complex and difficult phase of my life, including ongoing grief, major changes in family relationships, friendships, work, and a significant health crisis midway through our work together.
What stood out most about Helen was how thoughtful, calm, and genuinely human she is. Our sessions never felt rushed or overwhelming - she always created space for what mattered most to me in that moment, while still holding onto the bigger picture and always remembering the details I’d shared before.
Helen is a highly skilled therapist with excellent clinical judgment. She knew when to let me lead the session, when to slow things down, and when to offer a different perspective that genuinely shifted how I understood what I was experiencing. Her approach felt intentional, well-held, and tailored to me - never formulaic or generic.
Helen helped me understand my nervous system in a practical, compassionate way - particularly through breathwork and grounding techniques that actually worked, not generic worksheets or advice. I hadn’t realised how long I’d been living without properly breathing or giving my body any sense of safety, and that awareness alone was hugely powerful.
She also helped me recognise long-standing patterns of always being the listener or the giver, and gently supported me in how to ask for space, voice my needs, and communicate honestly without guilt or conflict - whether with friends, family, or at work. This was a huge shift for me.
Helen’s perspective was always kind but clear. She helped me see that “doing my best” isn’t always the same as doing what’s right for my health and wellbeing - something that’s taken me a long time to learn.
Throughout everything, Helen was warm, grounded, insightful, and deeply empathetic. Having someone independent, thoughtful, and emotionally intelligent to talk to made an enormous difference and she played a key role for me during difficult chapters.
Helen is a real credit to Onebright, and I feel very lucky to have worked with her.

Excellent support that has made a big difference
Olivia was excellent and has made a huge difference to my daughter. Her calm, caring approach coupled with manageable actions and a well chosen selection of tools has brought about a big change in my daughter. She has gone from a child whose anxiety was holding her back to a child who knows how to manage her feelings and is able to fulfil her full potential. I am so happy we took the decision to work with Olivia, I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Amazing experience
It was my first official experience with CBT therapy and Sadia did an amazing job. Going through a challenging time is not easy for me, but with Sadia’s help from different angles, I’m able to overcome sadness, anxiety, fears, and eventually gain confidence and self-esteem. I recently underwent 4 months of intensive CBT therapy with Jan Carlton. I find it hard to articulate the mind blowing improvement in my overall mental health. I feel re-born, Jan provided a lifeline for me at the worst possible period of time in my life. Through a series of well thought out sessions involving deep probing heart searching conversations and associated homework - gradually I started to think, act and react differently. I can't thank Jan enough for the time she spent with me. I feel excited to move on through the next chapter of my life with a renewed sense of belonging and self worth. If you find yourself in a hard place I can only hope you are fortunate enough to be matched with someone like Jan to help you find your way through the jungle of negativity and find yourself once more.
