Online Turf Avis

From start to finish, the whole process was excellent, we gave them the measurements and they calculated the amount of turf we needed, they explained the various turf that they supply and the one they recommended was very good, the delivery man was also great putting the pallets of turf exactly were we asked him to, we laid the lawn over a weekend and so far almost 2 weeks later the turf looks to have taken really well, it’s looking very lush and green and we can hardly wait to give it the first mow, we cannot recommend this company highly enough.

They accommodated a change in delivery date and brought the pallet down our road on a trolley as it was too narrow for their lorry. Friendly delivery team and very happy with the turf which is looking good. Highly recommended.

Suburb quality turf, delivered on time! I was kept informed of my order, and the follow up emails are much appreciated. I cannot recommend this company high enough. If you want turf, don’t muck about, just use Online Turf. Five stars

Quick service, 48 hrs good price and quality..

Arrived on time and in excellent condition. A week on and turf is flourishing. Would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Online Turf were outstanding from going online to browse and order to getting the quality turf delivered. The ordering process was simple to navigate and the additional advice online helped me. The turf came when it should have and the delivery person was very helpful by placing the pallet as near as I could get to the garden.
The turf is of superb quality and was easy to lay (I have a prosthetic leg and tasks like this can prove difficult). I followed Online Turf’s advice and I am seeing an amazing lawn just one week after laying it.
I only give feedback when it is deserved and as you can read, Online turf wholeheartedly desrve this mention. I will certainly recommend them to others.

Ordering was very straightforward. Delivery arrived exactly on time, very pleasant helpful driver, dropped turf as close to garden gate as was possible. Good quality turf…. settling in nicely and awaiting time for first cut. Would highly recommend this company."

Great turf growing amazingly well
Great delivery
Very helpful

Excellent service and Excellent product - will certainly use again and recommend to others.

The turf that arrived were half dead! I thought they will come to life after a while but no luck. As I didn’t take photographs on the day it arrived they didn’t offer any refunds. The quality of turf from b+q is some much better than this. The delivery service was not great as well. In general - bad service. The reason I place my review here was because this review was not posted on their website! Says a lot about this company!

Great turf. Arrived first thing in the morning the day after I ordered and was in really good condition. I planted 2 weeks ago and it looks great

ORDERED £200 worth turf got delivery date. Not delivered by 3pm so rang up yes it's en route don't worry! 8pm obvs NOT coming! I'm not sure wats worse the non delivery when I had a labourer waiting to lay it OR the bullshit lies that it's on the way!!!! I would not recommend not use again and I best get my refund else I will take it further!!!!!!

Great service booked wrong day one call & all sorted would recommend them very highly turf arrived on time & was superb looking great after two weeks

Here’s a polished version of your review:

The turf I ordered was of excellent quality. I placed the order on Friday morning, and it arrived the very next day on Saturday. It has now been laid for two weeks, and it is lush, green, and has established beautifully. The grass has grown really well, and I am extremely pleased with the result. I would highly recommend this supplier for both the quality of the turf and the prompt delivery service.

Great on time delivery. Turf is looking good nice and green.

Really impressed with the turf I bought. Every roll arrived in great condition — no yellowing, no thin patches, just dense, vibrant grass. It was simple to lay and looked perfect the moment it went down. After watering, it settled quickly and now looks like a professional lawn. Great value and great service from start to finish.

I received my order on Wednesday, 27 May around 5 PM . The turf was installed professionally on 28th May. About 25-30% of supply was in poor condition. When I contacted customer service, the response was that’s for Leaving the turf overnight !! I have photographs to show how bad some of the supply are and that can’t happen overnight !! Prompt response to communication and timely delivery, hence the two stars !!

Absolutely perfect service, amazing quality turf at very reasonable prices. all delivered on time, the delivery driver was very helpful in bringing pallet down the drive for me and I was kept fully up to date of delivery time schedules. Grass was well wrapped and Delivery was on time would definitely recommend. Very convenient being able to pick a delivery date. Highly recommend! We ordered the Rye Gold Turf.

Totally impressed with the service and the quality of the Turf. I bought "Budget Turf" - it's excellent! lovely condition and easy to lay. Looked good straight away and should form a lovely, practical small front lawn.
Ordering was easy and delivery was quick.
A BIG Thank You Online Turf!

The condition of the grass was excellent, it was green and healthy and grew as it should. We also appreciated the advice we received from Online turf after the 2 weeks about how to continue to look after the grass.
