Top Notch Product and Customer Service

We’ve been using OrCam Learn for about 6 months now. It has greatly helped our son, who has dyslexia. A couple of times I had technical issues connecting to the wifi and/or app. I called OrCam and received polite and professional assistance immediately. This last time, I needed help reconnecting to our new router. Max was great walking me through the steps and had it resolved in no time. He also followed up several times to make sure everything was satisfactory. I highly recommend OrCam.

Orcam is a sneaky crooked not delivering promises about their bull crap device I became a customer after listening to orcam smooth talking sneaky sales agents constantly calling long story short I eventually purchased the the for a 24 months installment plan unfortunately i misplaced my device and i asked if i could receive a replacement until i find my original device i was told know before my 30 day trial had expired mind you I've ordered ready became a customer dealing with these reps overseas that some of them can barely speak proper English all I can I say is I regret becoming a customer and Sunbit is the other department that has literately employs incompetent customer service reps orcam read is horrible just the other day another barely poor speaking English reps calls me up she says to me that she was aware of my problem and that she would be able to help this foolish woman was trying to sell me another device which means i would put myself in debt all over again on account of a misplaced device after lying to me about she could help me I specifically informed her I don't need another installment just help getting me the replacement device until i find the original device They horrible orcam read please becare with this device as well as their sneaky sales agents and crooked customer service based out of Israel I've gotten screwed by or cam read the device is not even close or worth $2000 waste of money

Great experience

OrCam has fantastic customer service. I was connected with Alex when the app stopped logging statistics from our OrCam Learn device. He also helped us work through some issues we were having while learning to use the device effectively. It took a few calls to get everything resolved and he was a joy each time. Overall great experience.

I'm glad I looked at the reviews. It reminds me of when I applied for a tax rebate. When I entered my bank details to what I thought was a government website took me straight to a solicitors who kept 48% of the fee (over £200). Becareful, when you hand over your bank details to purchase the orcam, they use that info to pay for the subscription by which time it's to late, you cannot stop it.

I purchased an orcam for my 8 year old…

I purchased an orcam for my 8 year old daughter for Christmas. It was pricey but the benefit looked worth it. I had no idea that I would need to pay $60 a month to even be able to use the device. We lost it for a bit. It took almost a week for orcam to get back to me. I am very displeased. I want to cancel my subscription but they will only do that if I return the product that I am apparently "renting from them" for $60 a month. That's more than my cable bill. I could feed kids in Africa. I feel this is false advertising and I had no idea I would be paying a monthly bill. I am not happy.
