Bought the XPLOR for my wife because…

Bought the XPLOR for my wife because her shoulders were killing her from the heavy strap on her last machine. Talked to Gorden at Oximedical and he told me this one is super light and still goes up to a 5 setting. We definitly noticed a huge difference when we go out to eat now, she doesn't get tired just walking from the car. Delivery was super fast and he saved us alot of money compared to the local shop. Great service all around.

Great job!

I normally do not write reviews but wanted to take a minute and publically recognize Heath for his exceptional customer care. I called Oximedical on Friday Heath walked me through options for portable and home oxygen . Heath gave me a number where I could reach him over the weekend with questions ( I did contact him and he did respond. ) Monday morning I reached out to him, he wasn't at work (we are in Iowa and he is in Arizona - I forgot he is in a different time zone) yet he responded . As soon as he was at work he called and assisted me with my order. Heath went above and beyond . Literally, when every breath a person takes depends on an oxygen delivery system (from Oximedical ), it is important to know that your receiving quick, knowledgeable, and reliable customer care. Many thanks Heath, your Mother named you right just like the Heath candy bar SWEET and Caring!

A pleasant experience

The agent was quick to understand my problem and resolved it by sending me a new machine which I received in 2 days. And only after I received the replacement was I required to return the old machine. Wonderful service!
That is a level of trust that one rarely finds in today’s world. I will always use OxiMedical for any future needs.

Professional and Knowledgeable

I have been using oxygen therapy for 5years and have dealt with many suppliers. My experience with Mr.Moore at Oximedical Oxygen was superior to the rest . I was interested in he new Ingen Rove and had specific technical questions regarding the sieve bed life expectancy and the decibel rating compared to my old G3. Gordon was incredibly knowledgeable. He didn't have to 'look it up' he just knew the answers. The transcation was efficient. I purchased a certified pre-owned unit which arrived in pristine condition with all the paperwork. it is refreshing to deal with a specialist who actually specializes in the product. A+ service.

Poor customer service and warranty issues

I have had the same issues as many people have written about. I have a unit that is supposed to have a lifetime warranty, however, that doesn't include the columns or battery ect...so I guess it just covers the 'shell'. You have to send it in for the columns to be replaced. So last time they said they could send a refurbished one so mom didn't have to wait for the repair. The refurbished one didn't last long, or at least didn't have much usage before it failed. When I called,they said they'd send another refurbished unit but the columns were passed the warranty period so they said I'd have to pay $295 plus $80ish for shipping. I explained that the unit hadn't been used much because it was a back up unit, but they said I still had to pay for the columns in the new unit...wouldn't even cover some of the shipping. Then during our conversation I said the battery went from 100% to 0% in under 2 hours (when the battery lasts at least 5) and the machine said there was a technical failure. So when I sent it back, I left the battery on it because I didn't know if the battery was good or not. The one they sent, didn't have a battery. Ugh...I called again and they said they'd send a battery...maybe the one i sent in (that may or may not work) or one similar in age ect...(not sure) but I had to pay shipping. Again, they couldn't even waive that. She said that the invoice sent with the refurbished unit said to remove the battery before sending back and that she always says to remove items like canulas, batteries etc. I didn't register that because the battery dropped so fast that I wasn't sure if it was part of the problem or if the technical unit failure ruined the battery. I told her this and she said that battery is out of warranty (not part of the lifetime warranty). I feel they are scamish and unclear...they leave the impression that they don't care at all about the customer.

Gordon is a LIFESAVER!

Gordon is a LIFESAVER!! ❤️🙌🥰 I was so nervous about buying oxygen online... I didn't know what to do! 😩 But then I found Gordon Moore at OxiMedical and he was just an angel 😇. He didn't treat me like a number, he actually listened to my story and understood what I was going through. He recommended the G4 and it has changed my life! 💃🏻✨ The shipping was super fast 🚀 and he even helped me with the budget so I didn't break the bank 💸. If you need oxygen, do yourself a huge favor and ask for Gordon! He is the real deal. Top notch service!! 💯

First 2 numbers of serial number indicate year

I had a 2023 Inogen G4 that stopped working. It was going to take 4-6 weeks for repair. I saw the OxiMedical ad online. Spoke with Gordon Moore on a Saturday he said I could do a trade in and get one by Tuesday for $997. I was desperate for a portable concentrator. I asked how old would the used one would be. He said they didn’t sell used ones and it would be last years the last year the G4 was made. I went ahead and took what I thought was a reasonable deal. Not a major thing but he neglected to tell me there was a $29 shipping fee. He said he would refund that. My unit didn’t come on Tuesday as promised. Then he was going to try to get it delivered Wednesday morning, I waited all day on a delivery because I was supposed to hand the driver my G4. When I get the G4 from OxiMedical it was a 2017. I gave $1000 and a 2 year old G4 for an 8 year old 2017 that Gordon said was Certified, Be ware of any fast talking sales person. I looked on line for those of you who might want to check anything bought from Oxi Medical the first 2 numbers of the serial number indicates the year.

I purchased my Rove unit from Betty Salmon there was not enough stars to rate how wonderful my experience was with her. She is superb !!! I will come back to her time and time again. I plan to buy more accessories in the near future I only want her as my representative.

I came upon OxiMedical because of a…

I came upon OxiMedical because of a dire need to get a single battery for my Imogen G5 POC. The airline would not allow me to board with double batteries. So, I had to purchase another single battery to make enough power for a ten-hour international flight. I called the Denver office at about 15 minutes before closing, and Mike Mishell said he would wait for me to come over to purchase the battery; he even started to charge it up for me. He offered his time so I could gain some peace of mind over a very trying situation. He lent me a backpack to fit the G5 model. I recently returned the backpack to him, pointing out some design issues that came up with my use. Overall, I feel that OxiMedical has a great rep in Mike Mishell. He was very understanding of my situation and was willing to go the extra mile to help me. Thank you, Martin Huter

Witnessing True Care and Dedication

Although I haven’t personally worked with OxiMedical, I’ve witnessed firsthand the exceptional care and dedication they’ve shown my wife. Every interaction she’s had with Mike and the team has been marked by kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern. Their support has made a real difference in our daily lives, especially during travel, where renting and purchasing concentrators through OxiMedical has made everything so much easier and more seamless. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and truly care about the people they serve. I’m deeply appreciative of the peace of mind they’ve given us and would recommend them without hesitation.

Exceptional Service and Compassion Beyond Expectation

I have been working with OxiMedical for quite some time now, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Mike has made me feel like more than just a customer — he has made me feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I have never encountered a staff so attentive and compassionate. This is a unique company that consistently goes above and beyond to meet the individual needs of their clients, and that level of care speaks volumes. I will continue to commend their outstanding service and the genuine sensitivity they show toward each unique case. I could not recommend them more highly.

I was happy working with Michael

I was happy working with Michael, he looked at the best option for my Dad’s machine that we could afford. We started with a reconditioned unit with a warranty and then later purchased a new unit with a lifetime warranty. We were considering trading the old unit in but in the end, keeping the old unit gave my dad a unit he could leave in the other rooms to keep plugged in for use. I am now getting my Dad an external battery charger to provide even more time out and about. Very happy with the service.

Mike was so helpful from start to finish. This was my mom’s first time needing oxygen and she was very nervous & unsure about what to get and the cost. Mike helped us feel comfortable and was very supportive, friendly, & knowledgeable. Even when my mom had second thoughts he helped her get something she would feel comfortable with. Then when we had an issue with FedEx he helped us through that process as well. Overall his knowledge & patience made this experience not as scary & overwhelming for my mom & for that we are truly grateful. Mike was always available to answer any questions as well. I highly recommend working with OxiMedical & hope you’re lucky enough to get Mike as your sales representative.

I give them ZERO stars

I give them ZERO stars. My concentrator broke and it’s under warranty. They tried to charge me like $300 for a part and $90 shipping! And it would take 4-6 weeks to get done so I’d be without it. They also believe that oxygen isn’t “life sustaining.” She says to me “oxygen is supplemental, not life sustaining!” Ummm…you need oxygen to breathe right? I couldn’t believe it. NEVER ISE THIS COMPANY!

If I could give a zero rating I would. Especially for Michael Mishell the rep that does not respond or follow through.

Continued trying to get part

Father has now passed away 7/29/25

What a shame he didn’t even get a chance to use it and this company is not standing by their product.

I will be contacting the BBB and other social platforms until this is resolved.

I have texts to prove it. Even tried again today. I can see he read it but is not responding.

Absolute crooks

I purchased an oxygen concentrator, exchanged it within the exchange period, and returned them within the window as well because they were not providing a strong flow of oxygen. They kept over $1000 and are refusing to refund me my money. They do not answer any of my calls, and I have left numerous messages. The person who works in the finance/refunds department has never even picked up once.

Oximedical Top Notch

Hey y'all, let me tell you 'bout my run-in with Oximedical and a fella named Gordon Moore. I picked up the Inogen G6 Rove from 'em, and lemme say, it was as smooth as the Mississippi. Gordon was real clear and helpful, answered all my questions, and my machine showed up quicker than a gator snap.

I've been stickin' with Oximedical for all my oxygen needs. Their prices don’t make your wallet cry, which means a lot down here.

Gordon, he's somethin' else—top-notch! Found me a concentrator that fits my budget and meets all my needs. It’s real nice havin' someone so friendly and ready to help; makes the whole deal a lot easier. When the concentrator came, it was all set up nice and quick. Gordon walked me through everything, made sure I was all set.

Dealin' with COPD ain’t easy, but Gordon smoothed out the rough waters, eased my mind right away. Oximedical’s saved in my phone now, 'cause they're gonna be my first holler if anything else pops up or goes sideways.

Big thanks to Gordon and all them folks at Oximedical! Y’all are a true breath of fresh air! 🥰

I PURCHASED AFTER HELL WITH OXIMEDICAL from INNOGEN directly, big difference because came new, NOT USED LIKE OXIMEDICAL SENT! ignored countless calls and messages did not do anything they said, awful business which should be SHUT DOWN! and BANNED FROM SELLING ANYTHING
GORDON MOORE IS AWFUL and should NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL EVEN PET SUPPLIES let alone people who need oxygen, protect yourself and go to innogen save yourself the trouble.

I received a call from Mr. George Haddad on 1-31-25 and had a positive conversation with him. He has made things right and sent me a check for the sum of $300.00 which is the fees I was charged plus a little to pay my employee to ship out the equipment back Oximedical back in August. Thank You very much Mr. Haddad I received the check you sent via Fed Ex yesterday, again, Thank you
