OxiMedical Respiratory Avis 705

G5 concentrator stopped working 2 months after acquiring. Called OxiMedical and they said, bring it in. The unit and battery were replaced within 15 minutes.
Can't ask for better service then that.

I have since recommended several ppl to oximedical! Perfect customer service and machines! I will go no where else! Ask for Robert a lee!!

I have purchased several concentrators from you over the years and am satisfied with your service. It has been very easy to order, update and get systems repaired.

-Ordering the concentrator went very smoothly.
-The item arrived as scheduled; unfortunately the item arrived without the 2 batteries as listed in the package. This made the concentrator unusable. Also unfortunately, the first rep. I talked to on your end thought I was only supposed to receive 1 battery; of course 1 battery is better than 0 batteries.
- When I finally talked to a knowledgeable person things went quickly. The batteries arrived and I was able to use the concentrator.
- I am happy !
- Also I very much the breathing issues booklet that was included in the concentrator package.

I believe all items are overpriced and that's all.

I'm very please for the fast service from OxiMedical staff, so I could get the Oxigen generator for my Mom during the Covid pandemic. The machine helps my Mom boosted the Oxygen level from 88 to 95 easily, so she didn't need to go to the Hospital for Oxygen. It's very convenience.

There are always concerns when doing Internet Purchases. Not with these folks. They treated us like family!

I had to purchase a new Home oxygen concentrator the one i had will shut itself off when it gets hot. So i called Oxy Medical and told them what i needed. So they sent me a blue Phillips respironics q ever flo.i am glad i purchased this unit my first one i love so for the price you cant beat it.My salesman was so professional and helpful.

some how we went from a g5 special 2995 lifetime warranty to 2195 with G4 trade in 3 year warranty somehow doesn't add up. Mostly since I was recovery from medical issues and really needed it, I let it slide. My fault for giving in. aside from poor sales tactics an excellent product, dwarfs the quality of the G4, a lot of degrading for a few lbs. they did not sell me the G4, I suspect to their advise would have not sold me the G4 to begin with

The InogenOne G5 came quickly and was in working order. We received a &600.00 credit for the InogeneOne G4 that we returned.

I feel that you could have been more upfront about the weight of the unit. It is fine without the battery, but with it the unit is quite heavy. I also ordered the backpack but the weight of that makes using it impossible.

I have bought 2 portable O2 concentrators and one large for my home. I can't say enough good things about this company. I love it. The service and sales people are so helpful and understanding. I wore out the on/off button on a portable and it had to go to New York to the factory. I received a loaner and the shipping box, everything in one day. No charge for the new parts. I will use OxiMedical Respiratory for my next purchase.
