So far we are very happy with the portable concentrator and it works well for him when he goes out and feels the need.
He really needs the oxygen at night and is doing well with that.He had just become so anxious over not having something other than the little tanks that I felt obligated to purchase it for him.I know it is coming that he will need 24hour and it will surely be used more then.

I thought that the unit would have…
I thought that the unit would have more time than the first unit I purchased in 20017. As it turns out the time is just about less then 3/4 hr. I think that I was miss informed. when I called today, Graham said if I wanted more time, I should purchase large battery or take my spare battery with me.. I could do that with my old unit. I feel I just spent $1995.00 for just what I had.

We're sorry you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We never want to misinform and we offer a trial period that allows you to determine if a unit meets your needs and expectations. The manufacturer does advertise longer battery times from the Inogen One G5 over other models; however, actual battery times will vary by flow setting.
If you are using a lower flow setting and the battery lasts only 3/4 hr then it's possible the battery is defective. We recommend you try the other battery that came with your purchase to see if you have a different result. If there is an issue with the battery, or if the machine is defective, then our service department would be happy to assist you with a replacement.
If you are using a higher flow setting, the motor runs harder and the battery time shortens. This is the case with every portable concentrator on the market. We trust you'll enjoy some advantages of the new unit over your old one such as the higher flow settings and a new 3-year warranty.

Robert went above and beyond to help us…
Robert went above and beyond to help us with an Oxygen machine on Christmas Eve. My stubborn dad has very sick with Covid and refused an ambulance and hospital trip. Without the machine, I don't think my dad would have survived. Thank you Robert!

Inogen is working satisfactory.
It is a very nice piece of equipment for women due to low weight and easy access.
Extra batteries are necessary
Car DC hook up is great.
It gives independence.

Having the Inogen has given my husband…

Hi Ellis, we appreciate your review of the Caire Comfort but since this review is listed under "Service reviews" of OxiMedical it would help us if you would let us know about your experience with our company and provide the appropriate star rating for that service.
It looks like you have a large and small battery. If you contact our service department, we can evaluate the battery times for each based on your flow setting and provide a warranty replacement if necessary.

I received excellent customer service when I ordered my Inogen portable oxygen unit. Also received it in a timely fashion and I am pleased with the way it works. I did call back with a question after a couple of weeks and was treated with respect and my question was answered. I would recommend the product.
