I purchased a portable concentrator from this company for my older brother that has COPD. By the time it arrived, I no longer needed it. I have tried numerous times to get the shipping address to send it back. I followed their instructions and emailed them the next day. I received a reply but no address to return the item. I again explained the situation, as it is still in the original packaging, and received another email offering a discount to keep it. Now, for the third time I sent another email requesting an address and no response within the 12 hours they state on their website. I’ve tried calling the two numbers listed in their website and no one answers. I would recommend no one ever use this company.
EDIT... I am now being asked by the company to take down my review and I still have not received a shipping address to return the item. So, far my opinion is only getting worse.

The TTLife oygen concentrator has allowed me to get out more and be be more independent. It has a great shoulder strap and is light weight enough to carry.

I bought the 101W Home model for night time use only and so far so good with it. It has helped me with my oxygen stats at night and I have been sleeping better. They shipped it out a couple days after I ordered it and normal time getting to me. The noise from it is normal and the only thing that is loud is the bubbling water in the water tank. So far I like it!

update on my review from May 27, 2024. When the company contacted me on the return (as they said they did) it was a ridiculous double talking offer where they were actually trying to bribe me to remove my previous review. I didn't believe that I could trust that they would live up to their return offer after I went and removed the review because of the difficulty and extensive runaround they had previously given me. Because of experience I received and (what I believe to be) a dishonest practice to get negative reviews removed I would never recommend this company to anyone. Upon further trie to use the products received from this company they have proved to be completely useless and a waste of money.

This NT-05 machine is small and lightweight, very suitable for carrying when going out, and it is easy to operate, even my 65-year-old dad can use it easily

Well I’ve been using the machine off and on since I received it and so far so good.what I did not like is I did not receive the lighter adapter.I had to purchase this from Amazon.and it did say it was included.

I had a great experience even when my NT-01 shut down after almost 400 hours. Customer service responded quickly, offering factory repair. The machine was back in working order after a short wait.

I've been a TTlife subscriber for over 3 years and have bought the 105 and NT-3 models. I also recently bought the new V1-1 for road trips during their promotion. They included breathing exercise gifts and a gift card, which helped me save money on accessories.

I saw a video on Facebook and immediately ordered the NT-02 + NT-04 oxygen concentrator bundle from the TTLife website. The total cost was under $1,000 for both concentrators, and now I can breathe easy 24/7. They're working perfectly so far.

I absolutely love the NT-05 machine. It's incredibly compact and lightweight at just 3 Ibs, giving me newfound freedom to enjoy the outdoors like never before.

I have pulmonary fibrosis and need oxygen 24/7. Traditional oxygen tanks left me housebound, with my family constantly burdened by lugging around heavy tanks. Customer service was great, they understood my needs and suggested the NT-01 with a good discount that fit my budget.

I bought the NT-04 and CPAP from TTLife three weeks ago and I love them! The CPAP really helps my sleep apnea, it's so much easier to breathe at night. And the NT-04 makes sure I get enough oxygen. My blood oxygen is always at 95%. I can finally sleep well again.

I'm impressed with the NT-02 from TTLife. Good quality at a reasonable price. So far, I have no complaints.

I was looking for a light and easy-to-carry machine, so I saw the NT-05 on Facebook and got it. The battery wasn't quite enough for me outdoors, after helpful guidance from customer service, I invested $80 in a larger battery which, combined with the machine itself, provides up to 6 hours of freedom outdoors. It was a worthwhile investment for me.

My NT-04 from TTLife came right on time, just before my camping trip! Everything was exactly as advertised—it really does what it's supposed to do. I love how convenient it is. I can use it on a schedule or even 23/7, which works great for me.

In reply to my earlier reviews, TTLIFE stated that “Our customer service team has contacted you and provided a solution to address your concerns. Could you please check your email and respond to us...” The email I received from the “customer service team” states verbatim and in its entirety:’

“Hi，
We are willing to refund the money for the order to you.
Could you please delete the bad reviews in the TTLife Trustpilot and Varon Trustpilot ? thank you very much .”

In short, TTLIFE is willing to refund the money in exchange for deleting “the bad reviews”.

Unfortunately, TTLIFE did not actually refund the money yet and did not yet disclose its business address.

The TTLife Oxygen Concentrator is an excellent portable solution for individuals needing oxygen therapy. Its compact design and adjustable flow rates make it convenient for users on the go. I appreciate its contribution to improving patients’ quality of life!

Made 2 orders, first order received quickly and unit works fine. Second order was for additional batteries and car power adapter. One of the batteries I ordered was not in the shipment so I contacted customer service. They promptly shipped the battery that was missing from my order without hassle. All orders were shipped from the US and were received within a weeks' time. We have had the oxygen concentrator unit now for a few months and have had no issues with it. Thank you TTLife!
