Charles and his team were fantastic. Extremely kind, friendly, and took such great care of my items! I'd love to see their Tetris scores because the way the packed the truck was truly amazing. I wish they could come across the country with me to help me move into my new place :)

We paid $789 for 4 hours of labor. Lance over quoted. I went through exactly what needed to be done and trusted that he had the experience to do an accurate quote. The base quote was 3 men for 3 hours each at $839. There was a total of 4 hours of labor. One man did not show up and we were told we would be credited for him. That should be a $279.67 credit and we only received about $100. It was bad enough that they over quoted but didn't even provide the correct refund when one man did not show up.

Marquis was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. I would certainly use the service again.

My experience with Pack and Load was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. Customer service was inconsistent across the board, and when I finally spoke with a manager to address my concerns, I felt completely dismissed. No meaningful resolution was offered, nor did I feel that my concerns were taken seriously.

One of the most unacceptable parts of the experience occurred during my second load. The movers did not arrive until approximately 8:00 p.m. to begin the job. In my opinion, sending movers to a customer's home that late at night is completely unreasonable and demonstrates a serious lack of consideration for the customer.

As a single woman who was home alone, I was extremely uncomfortable having two male movers arrive at my residence at 8:00 p.m. to begin a move that would obviously extend well into the night. This was not only unprofessional, but it also raised legitimate concerns for my personal safety. Customers should not be placed in a position where they have to choose between completing a service they have paid for and feeling safe in their own home.

What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of accountability afterward. I expected management to listen to my concerns, acknowledge what went wrong, and make a reasonable effort to resolve the situation. Instead, I felt dismissed and was left without a satisfactory resolution.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pack and Load. A moving company should provide reliable scheduling, consistent customer service, professional communication, and basic consideration for the safety and comfort of its customers. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations.

They were absolutely fantastic. Came in & reviewed what had to be moved & started right away. I can’t find any more superlatives to express how impressed I was with them. You have 2 exceptional employees. I highly recommend your company & hope I have the same wonderful experience when they unpack me at my final destination.

They guys were a little late in arriving, hence the less than 5 star rating. However, the work done once they arrived was stellar. They worked quickly and efficiently. Their approach was to start with "Yes" and then figure out how to make something happen. I recomend these guys...they did a great job.

We used Pack and Load to pack and then unload our POD when we relocated across country. On both ends the crew was timely & efficient. The crew that packed up our POD did an amazing job of packing the POD to utilize all the space and get all our belongs in. We also received a phone call prior to the crew's arrival with a time window which enabled us to plan accordingly.

The movers opened a stationary door, ruining it. I have to contact them first thing in the morning to fix it! I just sold my house, about to move out and this is really bad. They packed a framed print that I advised was staying here. They left alot of tape, cardboard, drink cans and paper wads all over the house and driveway. In all honesty, the guys were nice enough but the aftermath is unacceptable.

The guys did a great job packing and loading all my stuff. They worked very efficiently. Moving can be pretty stressful but this service took off so much stress. I highly recommend this company!

This was a great experience. From Danielle working with me on the quote, which was exactly what I was billed. She was helpful and pleasant. On moving day the 2 gentleman who arrived were also very professional, efficient and helpful. They finished on time, the PODS was packed really well
Moving especially long distance, and this experience was the least stressful part of the move.

The gentlemen that unpacked our POD were so efficient and careful with the unloading and placement of the furniture. They were done in a very quick time frame and were also very friendly!! They did an awesome job!!

Movers took great care of my items making sure to wrap them and load them safely. They packed the POD so well I actually had extra space. They completed the move within the time quoted. I will look into using them to unload at my end destination if the service that area. And I would defiantly refer them to others.

Excellent service and outstanding local movers! With all the stress of moving out of state, this was one of the best companies to help with the process. They are very familiar with moving in PODS; I had one point of contact throughout the process and excellent communication about expectations and timeframes. Movers arrived on time. The team was very friendly and efficient in loading the PODS! They made the entire loading process smooth and better than expected. Highly recommend.

The one star is because the furniture was properly wrapped and loaded into the POD. However, that is the only aspect of the service that went well. (1) The packers were not professionals and not local and arrived at 7:45pm; I was told they would arrive my noon. (2) My linens were used as packing material because they did NOT have the correct or enough proper packing materials. (3) The boxes were NOT labeled by room or content. (4) The boxes I ordered (4 - dish packs) were not the boxes that were used. (5) The crew was not professional. They were polite enough and again, the furniture "wrap" and packing of the POD went well. However, I am bad dreams about unpacking my household goods. If I could submit photos of how poorly the goods were packed - I would but doesn't seem to be an option with this review. Bottom line - meet your packing crew prior to the actual pack date and make sure the correct materials and boxes are purchased and used. This was my 17th move and I truly wish I had packed my household goods myself and only had the crew load POD.
