Unfortunately our NEW refrig had 5 dents both refrig and freezer. The doors need to be replaced or fixed. The dryer door is scratched and there were some small scratches on furniture

Good communication when booking and scheduling the move. Excellent team of movers. It was both hot and rainy, with several drenching downpours on the day of the move, but the movers were undeterred and worked thoughtfully and efficiently to move a number of heavy pieces across a parking lot and up to a 3rd floor apartment without elevators. We greatly appreciate their hard work, expertise, and friendly, courteous manner.

I had a crew pack one POD and they did a good job. The next week the same guy came with one the same guys but had 2 other different guys to pack two PODs. One guy left early, one guy kept leaving and coming back, so basically 2 guys left. Found out the first guy that left broke a desk after it was packed and then lied about it saying it was already cracked, but didn’t tell anyone. They left after 12 hours and everything wasn’t packed. My husband and I had to finish the next day by ourselves. I made complaint to Pack and Load and the BBB a month ago and have heard NOTHING.

The guys were on time, very professional, pleasant to deal with and very Conscienous of time and packing of pod. I was very impressed.

The crew was excellent. Very careful with our belongings and communicated well.

They worked hard and got the job done in the time quoted. Unfortunately they were unable to get all of our stuff into the two (pods 16 and 8 foot). Probably our fault underestimating how big of pods to order, but the workers didn’t prioritize the things and make sure to get all furniture into the pods. A few pieces of a bed frame didn’t get loaded and some other items that we would have preferred to get loaded didn’t as well. Otherwise they did a good job packing the pods full!

The guys are very efficient. They moved my things in quickly always asked where I wanted my items. I had a lot. I used 2 pods, both full. They came 2 different days. They were on time and extremely helpful … and patient. I had left the key to my pod at my sisters. They waited and still completed my job on time. They wouldn’t let me lift a finger.

In both loading and unloading, your crews were rushing to the point of carelessness. Loading, they didn’t even keep the parts they dismantled together so the unloaders had no clue of what to put together, and and were rushing so much, never even tried. We had substantial damages to a couple pieces, like dining table crushed from too much weight stacked on it and an antique hutch somehow got a back panel broken out. I’ve submitted a claim but so far, I’ve received no response.

Terrible. First they didn't tell me I'd need to pay an extra $100 for a COI. They were horribly late to the POD. Both of my TVs were cracked when unloaded into my new place. They were three movers and I was doing more work than two of them. The "movers" appeared to be random guys off the street, too. Ordinarily I research companies, but this time I relied on PODS recommended list.I'm writing this review to warn others. They got my money. Don't let them get yours. You get what you pay for and huge lesson learned for me. Look at their YELP scores. That is the best indicator of who this business truly is.
