Delta Force Paintball Avis 

I had an experience for 4 for a birthday, and was looking forward to it but the whole experience was soured by poor sportsmanship which was not punished by the marshalls - the marshals were repeatedly informed about the members of the other team not calling their hits, which ruins the game for everyone who has paid.
Not to mention, be prepared to spend a lot of money on the day - you are unable to bring your own paintballs to the center, which is fine, but the paintballd are very expensive to buy there. £139 for 2000 paintballs (which you will go through very quickly, even being conservative)

Amazing co-operation via email and amazing customer service replying to my request straight away. I am running a fundraiser for Alzheimer's Society and wanted to use a paintball experience as a raffle prize and they replied straight away offering an experience as a prize. Definitely recommend getting in touch with if you are doing something similar.

Our charity received free paintball tickets from the Paintball Booking Office, and the process was smooth and well‑organised. The team clearly cares about supporting fundraising groups and offered practical ways to maximise the value of the vouchers. The tickets are perfect for prizes, sponsor thank‑yous, or volunteer rewards. Excellent service and a great initiative for charities.

Thank you so much for donating a charity voucher to my son’s quiz night. He is raising money to fund his Peru expedition with Camps international and delta force we’re very forthcoming with a voucher for paint balling. He is very grateful.

The actual experience of paintball was nice, but we were misled to pay 170 pounds more for our group then what was agreed upon. They claim it was a misunderstanding between the guy at the desk and us. We clarified with them when there the agreed upon price that was the deal, and the guy said 'yes, this is the deal', but in the end we were overcharged in what we thought was a deposit that we now won't get back. When we complained, they said 'sorry, that's just not how it works, they must have up-priced you,' and refused to do nothing about it. Very frustrating as we don't have tons of extra cash, and the mistake was on their end, not ours.

Time here was a blast. Came here for a birthday party. The Marshals, Sam and Ffion were great fun adding multiple solo games for our group of 5. Best part about the entire experience was getting to mag dump the birthday boy while he was defenceless!

The pricing table is a mess.
The discrepancy in packages is enormous.
You are told one thing over the phone and another in person.
Makes what was meant to be a nice moment, a very frustrating experience.
Certainly the ones reviewing it with more than one star were not the ones paying for the experience.
We were sold 12 tickets in advance in a stand that were meant to be entrance, and gear, but you get that for a cheaper price when registering anyway. Bottom line, be prepared to spend way way way more than budget initially and the "I don't care attitude" by the staff is the cherry on top.
My son's birthday would be here, not anymore.

Had a brilliant time at Wakefield Delta Force. The games were well organised, the staff were friendly, and the scenarios were great fun. The site itself offers plenty of action and keeps the day interesting from start to finish.

The only downside is that the paintballs can get quite expensive if you’re someone who likes to shoot a lot, so it’s worth budgeting for extra balls before you go.

Overall, a fantastic day out and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an exciting and enjoyable paintball experience. I’ll be back again!

My son was fired upon at close range from a group of children that were not following safety guidelines. This cut his ear open. There was no first aid trained staff on duty snd no one to put a stop to the attack when it was going on. A friends father had to go and stop it. There were no safely cameras and kids were free to run riot even shooting people close range in the safety briefing.

The manager at Newcastle site was simply fantastic- so friendly and approachable however also set the rules and kept all the lads safe. Absolutely credit he was thank you for making this such a memorable experience - we will be back

I would put 0 stars if possible. You can talk to advisors while looking into it. And they would send you 100 emails. And call you again and again and again after you have a chat with them. But as soon as you put deposit down…suddenly nobody to talk to. You still can talk to agents on a phone but they wouldn’t help you to sort out any issues. They would tell you that you need to speak to management. But would give you any details how to contact them. I’ve tried so many times to reach management with 0 success. Wrote emails…again no response. It’s not a cheap event to book. But no help or support if any problems accrue. They would keep your deposit and you will never would be able to help you sort out any issues! Not happy! 😡
I’ve tried to book it for my son’s 17 birthday party. So….this was successfully ruined.
If you want to loose your money or have a stressful experience for a lot of money….this is definitely your place to visit!!!!!

Very hard sales tactics from entrance. Packages sold by independent sales people in malls make it look all inclusive but you get there and you are told you have barely enough for the games and you must spend lots more per person for the balls/ bullets. Please note groups are mixed so younger ones could be playing with fully grown adults so just be aware and make your decision. Toilets are just as you would expect in a battle ground I guess. Don't expect clean. Gun kept jamming. Bottom line, it's not for me. Wouldn't go back.
