Don’t think they even deserve 1 star even! Absolutely useless! Avoid at all cost.
I had booked their Arrival service plus paid for their expensive add-on of portering services, after seeing all the other positive reviews on Trustpilot, for my mother on 10th April 2024 at Islamabad Airport. No one showed up from Paradigm Meet and Greet Company, and she had to essentially navigate everything herself, which was extremely challenging to say the least!
No one even contacted her or the person who was picking her up from the airport, even after i had given all contact numbers possible to the Company! What a horrible and poor service! Be careful of all the other positive reviews!!!!
Update - Paradigm Meet and Greet refunded me 50% of my payment and came up with a self fabricated story after few days of investigation that their representative met my mother at passport control and that he was waiting at the arrival bridge. What they didn’t knew was that my mother had left her mobile on her seat in the aeroplane (something which can be verified by airline), and she waited a long time at the arrival bridge, and there was no representative of the company. There was only one person holding placard for someone else. No one met her at passport control, so unfortunately, it does show that the company’s customer service is really poor as well, as they will create a fabricated story! Be aware and Avoid these scammers! I still don’t understand what they charged me EUR 159 for (after refund of 50%)…. Just sending few emails to me!!!

Following up with the local airport team, it appears that, although the lady and the agent with the signage initially did not see each other at the meeting point (arrival gate), they were then able to meet before passport control and proceeded together through the following checkpoints.
We feel and understand that the lady might have been disappointed at not having been welcomed as she expected; for this, we are sincerely sorry. You may rest assured that our reservation department will be in touch with you very soon with more details and with a response to your request for compensation.

Highly recommend for cumbersome airport transitions
I used Paradigm twice this year on travels through Africa. I was traveling alone with a lot of luggage so I used the luggage support along with the airport transit service. Both in September and November Paradigm made the transition off the flight, through passport control, to check in and handling of luggage and finally to the gate EASY.

I am a nervous traveler
I am a nervous traveler. Traveling for the first time from the US to Panama on my own to meet my children for a week of sailing was both exciting and terrifying. My travel advisor recommended the services of Paradigm and I am so glad she did. When I stepped off the plane, there was Olmedo holding a sign with my name. He slipped me directly through customs, located my bag, and stayed with me until I found my family. On the return, he contacted me in advance and established exactly where and when to meet him. Once again, he guided me through check in through the mire of two terminals before leaving me safely at the gate. When for some reason the airline gathered all the passengers for a second security check, somehow Olmedo showed up again. Sincere thanks to Paradigm for an essential service for travelers and to Olmedo for his kind and attentive help.

Excellent Experience at Maputo, Mozambique Airport
We utilized Paradigm Meet & Greet to transit at the Maputo, Mozambique airport from an incoming international flight to an outgoing domestic flight. Our original domestic flight was changed about a month before our trip; giving us just one hour and forty-five minutes to make our connection. The entire experience with Paradigm was excellent. Gabriel was very responsive to all of our email inquiries and our transfer at the airport was handled beautifully. We were met by the Paradigm agent as we entered the airport and quickly escorted through customs, immigration, baggage collection, transfer from the international to the domestic terminal, check in, and security. The agent was very friendly, stayed with us the entire time, and made sure we were at the correct gate for our connecting domestic flight. Without Paradigm's assistance, I do not believe we would have made our connection on time. Thank you so much!

Amazing all included service
We were met right outside the airplane’s door, swift walk through passport control and luggage (with porter service) to the waiting car at the airport door. I would say all in all we had passed through all of this in 10 minutes (in style) instead of the usual 1 hour or 2. Amazing service, will definitely book again.

Very supportive, friendly and prompt
First time visiting Athens, Greece and the friendly staff assisted me and my family from arrival gate through passport control and luggage collection and we were out of the airport and in our car in 30mins. We will definitely book their services again.

Highly recommended and would definitely use again. Collected our senior in JoBurg from domestic arrivals and ensured they safely got to the transit area for an international departure.
