Paradigm Meet & Greet Avis 

Paradigm are simply fantastic! They took care of all airport arrival and departures for my clients 4 week trip through South America. The clients were fast tracked through the airports and whisked into their cars on arrival. We are all so impressed with the service. For a plesant and hassle free airport experience I can't recommend them enough. From the first contact until the clients arrival, they are reactive, professional and friendly. Competitive prices as well.

Fast-tracked through Islamabad airport. Officer was waiting outside the plane with a sign and escorted us through security and went the extra mile to help find out why luggage was coming out slow, sped it up, helped load the suitcases and hand us over to the driver. Communication with booking was also good.

Having heard of the chaos at Stansted airport recently, we decided to book the Paradigm meet and greet VIP fast-track service and it proved invaluable. We were met from our car and guided through check in, bag drop and security. With the fast-track security entry, we were through all the procedures within 20mins of arriving at the airport. If you have an early flight, are pushed for time or simply want to avoid the long queues and madness at Stansted, the Paradigm service is worth every penny.

Our experience was exceptional! We highly recommend this service if you want a “worry free” process throughout the airport. The greeters went above & beyond to make sure we were well informed & taken care and of. We will definitely use their service again.

I booked the service for my elderly parents to ensure they had an easy passage through Barbados airport immigration. The service was excellent they were met and expedited through immigration and assisted with their baggage to a waiting car. I would recommend it to anyone.

I just experienced outstanding customer service from Paradigm.

I am an American living in Europe, and my 18 year old daughter was travelling to Dakar, Senegal for the first time, alone and without knowing either French or the local language. I contacted several "meet & greet" service companies and was not impressed -- until I found Paradigm. All of my emails were answered promptly and thoroughly, with complete professionalism. When I told Gabriel, the amazing Paradigm representative, that I was concerned for my daughter, she went above and beyond what I was expecting, sending me photos of the car that would be transporting my daughter 45 minutes to her hotel and providing information on the driver.

All of that was reassuring and would have been sufficient to earn a strong recommendation, but then came the really impressive part. My daughter's phone was not working in Senegal so we didn't hear from her on arrival at 21:45. More than an hour passed and still nothing. My wife suggested I contact Paradigm but I told her it was too late at night: no one would be answering the phones or email at that time. And just then -- just at our peak of worry -- an email from Gabriel arrived letting us know that pickup and transport had been seamless and that minutes earlier the driver had delivered my daughter to the hotel and helped check her in. Gabriel even sent photos. We were able to call my daughter at the hotel and then breathe easy.

Paradigm has a customer for life. I can't recommend highly enough.

We were very happy with the service in Paris airport.

They responded within a few minutes on our first email ( it was a last minute booking as we just made the request a few hours before we landed in Paris). They kept answering via email all of our questions in detail. We also got them on the phone - although they are based in Italy - they picked up the phone immediately.

Someone was there once we got off the plane to greet us. Further down the took care of all of our 15 luggages.

We are really satisfied.

Definitely recommending them to anyone who wants a VIP Exprerience of meet and greet.
