Great service have used this company…
Great service have used this company twice now. Vehicle has a tracker so was able to see its journey to and from Heathrow. Vehicle went where it was supposed to and when we collected it, it was in same condition we left it.

Service good but sat nav missing on…
Service good but sat nav missing on return.
Followed detailed instructions as per booking and everything was good. Car returned with a bit more than expected on the clock but I can live with that. Car arrived after about a 20 minute wait and it all looked fine.
It wasn't till we got home that we realised that the sat nav, in Car phone charger and other cables (All in one bag) had gone. I know you are advised not to leave valuables in your car but who is going to want to remove the sat nav and take it on holiday with them! We had put it in the boot under other junk (first aid kit, water bottle etc.) so someone would have had to have gone looking for things.

Easy and great value service
I booked this meet and greet service and was a little nervous as it seemed very cheap for the service offered.
I should not have worried. The staff were brilliant polite and efficient and my car delivered back as I had left it. This was such a quick and easy way to park and get to our terminal without the hassle of waiting for transfer buses. I would absolutely use this service again and would recommend.

Do not use Park Giant
Although drop off was faultless and directions were easily followed (my responsibility), upon return my van turned up as if it had been used as an off-road taxi. It was filthy inside and the tyre rims and wheel arches were caked with mud. I questioned this and the driver said in his best english “we’ll mate, it has been raining”. I was fuming and angry which turned a good trip away into a final bad memory! I cannot believe that my vehicle was simply driven to a tarmac car park and left there (top tips...take a pic of your mileage before you travel? (I didn't)) and find out where you vehicle is to be parked if you use these services. When I was waiting for the van to turn up I saw the staff using the cars that arrived to take their staff back to their site. There must be better options to leave you car with a responsible company! Unfortunately, my journey was arranged for me via my work and I would have normally used a park and ride operator....“Welcome home huh!"
