Pattinsons (Houghton)
We went with Pattinsons (Houghton) to sell our property recently.
We found the process to be quick and easy. Everything was explained throughly - every staff member we spoke to was really helpful.
Lauren Hughes valued and worked on the property. Lauren was professional and friendly, she came well prepared with information to hand. She did a great job and nothing was too much trouble, she went out of her way to make sure we were happy with everything. If we had any questions she was there to respond.
The house was under offer in less than a week - we would definitely recommend this estate agents.

Kaya Riches (Rental Accounts Assistant) is always friendly and responds to my enquiries very quickly. If something requires investigation, Kaya will always follow this up for me. Being a new investment landlord, this is exactly the kind of service and support I need. Thank you Kaya!

Professional, Friendly and Efficient
I concluded on a property on this day. Whilst some of us might watch 'trash TV' such as Bargain Hunt, this was my first ever auction. So, no Toby Jug, although, your primary home. All whom I interacted with were professional, friendly, and efficient. Technically we concluded slightly over the legal period, although zero grumbling from this organisation. I don't rule out another interaction in future.

We recently put our property to Auction - the sales team were very helpful/approachable. As we were very new to this we were very grateful for their guidance and support and updated us throughout. Special thanks Callum who even guided us through the legal pack.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Carly from regional for the valuation on my flat, with her advise I did what was needed to secure a buyer and it I got the price I wanted, and bought my dream home because of that
It took a little longer than I had hoped for the sale to go through but that was down to chain issues, very happy with the service provided by Carly x

Good way to sell a property
Carly is a very knowledgeable and experienced agent. Very nice to deal with and punctual with appointments. My property has taken a while to sell but that is down to the location and type of property. The agents worked hard to get a sale.

Pattinson Estate Agents, Jarrow
Pattinson Estate Agents, Jarrow have just handled the sale of my house. From the beginning to the end all of the staff were very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. When there was a problem with legal matters, Alison was amazing, she went above and beyond to help us to resolve the issue and always did so with a friendly smile and sympathetic ear, I cannot thank her enough. I would highly recommend this branch to sell or buy your home.
