I ordered a PCR test and it took several days to arrive. Once I sent it back, the results took more than a week. Given the point of an infection PCR is to get timely results, this service is almost worthless.

When I tried to contact them to follow up, I found that their phone is disconnected and their email not active.

Easy to order. Kept to timeline. Expensive but was exactly what I needed

As an 81 year old my finger or eyes are not what they were. Everything was made very clear and understandable and very simple to use.
I tested positive this was confirmed in hospital.

Ordered my package a week ago with next day delivery still hasn't arrived at the time of writing quite frankly outrageous

Ordered a test but didnt need it in the end, refunded no problems

Took 3 days for certificate to be issued, despite saying it will be issued within 12 hours on website. Luckily I didn’t need to show fit to fly to enter Spain.

Order for Covid tests placed online and acknowledged on 1 October. It’s 7th October and still no delivery. A phone call and email on 7th have not resulted in a reply. PcRlabs are less than 2 miles away. If I was well I could have walked there and back!

I ordered the tests and admittedly it defaulted to the incorrect address. I immediately corrected this and got confirmation that the address was amended. I am still waiting for the tests sn that was over a week ago

I needed help, and was greatly helped on the phone. I would have given 5 star rating but had to wait five days for my result, which was distressing. My results were processed when I phoned agin and I received confirmation the same evening.

Fast and prompt service. Easy to use.

We have never received our results (5 days after sending in our test!). This initially was due to delays by Royal Mail but even after the test was received by the lab we didn't get a result. This was a highly unsatisfactory and upsetting experience as we needed this test to safely celebrate a family occasion.

I’ve ordered a few times from PCRLabs and always received the results before than expected. I will definitely order from them again. Also great customer services.

Pcrlabs were first class today. I rang asking for a pcr test today... the person on the phone was most kind explaining my options. I was invited to drive and test. Everyone was lovely. A result was emailed back within hours..amazing service and extremely competitive so I would recommend them without hesitation. It was the hottest day of the year too! I am a science technician and ex diagnostic scientist myself so very impressed. Thank you pcrlabs I was so exhausted searching for a lab who could do what I needed both time scale logistics and cost 10/10
