Didn't receive my full order
I ordered 10 tests but only received 5. I have had to email on many occasions to request the other 5 tests but have still not received them 2 weeks later.
Emails are always replied to but I just want my order fulfilled for what I paid for.

Full Refund-for undelivered kits
I rarely write negative reports but I feel this is my only recourse on this occasion. I ordered 10 lateral flow kits on Monday 27/6/2022. To date, nothing has been delivered. There have been no replies to my emails or calls. Clearly a sham company that has taken my money and run. Don’t use this company at all!
************* The company did get back to me. Royal Mail was showing it as delivered but I never received any package from Royal Mail. PCR labs refunded me in full and offered to send a free pcr testing kit. They are not scammers, but it was unfortunate that I had no way of tracking the package on this occasion. ****************

Took test almost 72 hours before and sent away for result but never came. If the company can't deliver on results from a far then they should relinquish the right to sell in Scotland

Great service, I posted my test back but it wasn't received by the lab. The team allowed me to come to the lab and do an express test for next extra charge. Thank you so much, I will make my flight.

1st order I placed arrived quickly, so placed an order for second set.
Still waiting to receive my 2nd set order (5 days later), tried emailing them to ask where my order was, no reply.
Out of pocket and no Lat Flow tests, so I ordered another set from somewhere else.

The website says next day delivery (and charges you for this service) but I didn’t receive my tests until a week later. I emailed the company after 3 days to ask for a refund and they refused to provide one. They then ignored all further communication. A company to avoid.
