Great service! Ordered a lateral flow kit and got it next day as promised. I spoke with Kaine before ordering and he was very helpful and patient. Would definitely recommend!

Still waiting for PCR test I was told to book 5 days ago. I booked immediately and am still waiting for it! I got the lateral flow tests but not the PCR. I am still waiting for this

The instructions did not tell me to register with the barcode and I sealed it off to then rip it open!
The instructions did not tell me to keep the barcode number on hand, to register so I sealed it before I was able to register it… so I had to rip open the package and reseal it. This was very stressful, and instructions should’ve told me to register the barcode before sealing it, as this was not specified so I left registering it to the very end which was a mistake.

didn't even get my test kit and when I called to take the test, they did not accommodate me. When I asked for a refund, they said we will process one since you didn't take the test and I am yet to receive a refund and it has been months
