Disappointed that my Phil Smith hairdryer has packed up within 3 years (used twice a week) after my Clairol Big Shot lasted over 30!!

Falls apart every brush
I bought one of the hairbrushes - the brush keeps popping out of the handle. It's so annoying. Every other stroke and I have to put it back in. DO NOT BUY.

Excellent choice of products
Excellent choice of products, great quality and price. Really good communication, products are always packed really well & turn around from ordering to receiving your products is very quick. Order £10 or more & delivery is free. A great company & one I will be using from now on. I would highly recommend them & a big bonus for me is they are cruelty free & carry the leaping bunnies logo.

The service was good but the delivery…
The service was good but the delivery was not. One conditioner and one shampoo containers were damaged, hence shampoo and conditioner was sticking inside the postal bag.

I love Phil Smith hair products
I love Phil Smith hair products. I use the Big It Up range. I have quite fine hair and the shampoo and conditioner leave it feeling lovely and soft without electricity! I also love the fact that it’s not tested on animals.

I bought the Phil Smith be gorgeous big it up....waste of money!gorgeous…
I bought the Phil Smith be gorgeous collection, big it up shampoo and conditioner it has left my hair flat and dull with no shine and worst of all it is extremely fly away and static. A waste of £8, I will have to throw it away as it is useless. Back to the pound shop for me!
