I still don’t have my cocktails which I ordered for a party we were throwing a few days ago. The customer service is woeful. I’d strongly advise to buy via a supermarket instead.

I doubt it if this company (Pimentar)…
I doubt it if this company (Pimentar) is real because I ordered two bottles of Tajin Clasico Seasoning about 3 weeks ago and no delivery was made. This order was meant to be delivered the following day. They keep sending me messages that the order is ready to be shipped for the past 3 weeks and up till now nothing has been delivered. I would be grateful if they could refund my money or I'll contact the credit card provider which I used in making the order.
Their service is not a good one.

Hi Oladunni, we're sorry that you have had this experience and we always try our best to offer our customers the help that they need. We already emailed you about your order and communicated that Royal Mail have tried to delivery multiple times since the 21st February. We also re-sent you your tracking link so that you could select an option to either re-book or collect from a pick up point. Long delivery and poor customer service
Don't assume you'll get your order when advertised. Ordered as a present given the delivery time advertised as next working day if ordered before 1pm. Ordered before 7am on a Monday and not given to Royal Mail until the Friday afternoon. Failed to respond to my email chasing the order. The product itself might be ok, I can't comment on that as it's still not been delivered!

I’m so sorry to hear about your experience, and I completely understand your frustration. This is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide, especially for gifts and special occasions.
Your order was dispatched on time and handed over to Royal Mail. Unfortunately, there has been a delay on their end at the local depot. We’ve already reached out to them to ensure a reattempt at delivery as soon as possible. I also sincerely apologise for the delay in responding to your email—we never want our customers to feel unheard, and we’re working to improve our response times moving forward.

Staff have no idea on stock delivery.
Wanted to purchase the spicy margarita gift hamper as a Christmas gift but was sold out. Contacted to ask if expecting more stock and told yes, would be in end of that week. Waited… no update. Contacted again, said end of next week now. Waited again… no update. Contacted for third time, told would not be until start or January. Start of January, still no update. Contacted again and told - probably not until February. Staff seem utterly clueless to on stock levels and delivery times. Whilst I appreciate Christmas is a busy time of year, don’t tell a customer you are expecting a delivery of the product they want in a few days when it’s actually months/you have no idea.

We were restocking during that period but unfortunately sold out within hours each time, which led to delays and miscommunication on our end. Wonderfully delicious
As a long-term margarita lover I was a little dubious about trying a can of ready-made margarita but I couldn’t have been more wrong. These Pimentae margaritas are fantastic and really hit the spot. The only thing I was sad about was the size of the can…it should’ve been bigger as I wanted more!! I highly recommend Pimentae margaritas, I’ve even branched out and tried the spicy version and I love it!

A revelation!
I had never come across the brand before until I was given a single cocktail when visiting a store on regents street. Suffice to say, after said cocktail I was hooked, having always loved a spicy margarita but never being motivated enough to make them at home. I also bought the cucumber and elderflower cocktails, and whilst pleasant, I think I will stick to ordering the spicy margarita in the future.
