I had a really great experience with Pinergy. Every time I contacted them, whether by phone or email, I always received clear and timely answers. The staff were consistently kind, professional, and genuinely interested in helping resolve my issue.
What impressed me the most was their level of care and follow-up. They kept in touch by email, called to check in, and made sure everything was explained properly. Even when I decided to move to another energy provider, they still showed real interest in helping and ensuring the process went smoothly, which is honestly amazing.
It’s rare to see such great customer service, especially when you’re leaving a company. Pinergy truly delivers excellent customer support, and I would definitely recommend them based on my experience.

First experience with the company should be their welcome email, and they failed at it straight away.
I got an email with a typo saying that the contract is for the next 24 Months (instead of 12).
When I contacted customer support, they told me: Oh, that is our well-known typo, it is a 12-month contract; don't worry. I couldn't believe that such a big company could afford such sloppiness. But it was only the beginning.
In the second email I got were account details and an activation link, which didn’t work. I had to call customer service again, they apologised, asked me to send them an email and promised everything would be sorted in the next few days. Almost a month later, and a bunch of emails back and forth, I still can't get access to my account.
But this is not all. During registration, they asked on which day of the month I would like to get my bills. I said the 2nd, and they took 300 euros from my account, literally 2 days after my registration. I knew they would charge me with the absolutely insane amount (as they say for estimation, in the first 2 months), but I didn’t expect they would charge me after the first 2 days.
There is absolutely no sense in it, but it's amazing how efficient they are when it comes to charging someone, while at the same time, they are unable to fix stupid typos or give their customers access to their accounts.
Absolute joke of a company

Nice company and amazing staff

Awful service. Very messy with dates, changing times, electricians showing up at the wrong time, wrong day. Two younger electricians left the more experienced guy all by himself working until 9pm and left early having done very little work. This was problematic as this electrician didn't have the training necessary to show me how to use the apps and manage my consumption. 4 months later they still haven't returned my paperwork to SEAI so I can't get the grant monies back. Customer service lines non-existent. Very inefficient. I had to correct the accounting mistakes of the finance department. Literally all aspects of the business are inefficient and not focused on the customer apart from sales. Very, very disappointed and feeling highly disrespected as a customer. Up there with the worst customer experiences I've ever had, if not the worst. Constantly chasing Pinergy to get the work done and over the line. Really frustrating experience, can't recommend them in any way for any of their services.
