First class service
Excellent service from start to finish. The skip was dropped off at the time booked and picked up again at the time arranged. Both drivers were friendly and excellent at their job. We also had a really efficient and clear chat via the WhatsApp option on the website. Thank you to whoever mans the system.

Delivery of the skip was perfect
Delivery of the skip was perfect, the very friendly driver was so good, he placed the skip exactly where we wanted it to enable us to use it, the driver was very helpful and friendly as I have always found with all the Pip Skip delivery people, I have often used this company and find them very reliable and would recommend this company

Great first experience of hiring a skip.
Great customer service, helpful regarding size of skip. I received a text to say the skip was on it's way. Driver of the trucks was careful and considerate as access to the driveway is not the easiest.

Poor customer service, too many exclusions, & several (new) hidden charges
Let down by poor customer service and hidden charges. So many exclusions now there’s little point hiring a skip from them. We’ve been a loyal customer up to now, but will be going elsewhere next time.

Excellent service
Excellent service, fast and efficient. Delivered well within the time frame I was given. Daniel the driver was very good and courteous and took great care of my property when dropping of the skip. I was given update by text on delivery. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pips Skips. Thank you for an excellent service.
