Jo went over and above to help us to find and complete our purchase here in Shanklin. She even came to do a 2nd viewing on her day off.
Ours was a troublesome move from the mainland with us having to jump many hurdles to get here. Jo was always on hand with advice, support and a cheerful voice. She has supported us with so much more than just buying the property and moving in. Her helpful, friendly manner has made the whole experience much easier. All staff at the Shanklin branch were wonderful but Jo shone like the star she is. Thank you Jo.

I am a purchaser. Jo Lacey from Pittis Shanklin has been an absolute star. Jo has worked so hard, on behalf of her clients, she has spent all the time our house was on the market sending us endless details of properties that met our search criteria. We had regular phone calls offering us any help we might need, arranging viewing dates, making sure we had solicitors, if we didnt then she could put us in touch with someone from Pittis who ciuld help which has been invaluable to us. If she is your agent then you will have a hard working agent who goes above and beyond to sell your property

Pittis, Ventnor.
Absolutely shocking. Had 0 viewings and they tried to blame it on the fact that it is an Airbnb. Whenever they called we gave them a date/time to view.
The worst thing is they refused to accept any responsibility.
Own your mistakes and you won't get reviews like this.

I found that the staff at Pittis were extremely helpful throughout the sale, and especially Richard Crofts who made a stressful experience much less so due to his commitment to his work and customer dealings.

Thank you especially to Chris and Jo at Pittis Shanklin who sold our rented property for myself and my daughter. There were quite a few bumps along the way but they both took charge of everything and took away all my anxiety, the sale actually went through extremely quickly.
I would definitely recommend Pittis Shanklin to anyone as they are so professional but friendly and understanding.

We have viewed a number of properties around the Sandown/Shanklin area with many different Estate Agents and Jo Lacey at Pittis stands out as one of the best. Jo was informative and engaging which put us at ease from the start. Any communication to Jo she's responded to straight away. Highly recommend her.

During our house searches, to both rent and later to buy homes, we have dealt with numerous estate and letting agents. Some are great; some not so good.
Jo Lacey, Office Manager at Shanklin is brilliant. She is knowledgeable and helpful without being sickly smarmy or overtly smooth. Nothing is too much trouble and she will call periodically to check on progress and to see if she can help.
I know that estate agents can have a bad reputation, so to meet one trying to genuinely help is most welcomed.

Not a very good experience. I registered with pittis re properties and did state that I wasn't looking to buy as yet for about 6 months as would need time to save up for a deposit. They did suggest that I speak to their financial advisor which I agreed to. I had spoken to other brokers and with my situation I knew what the answer would be.i went to see the advisor though she did point out the same as what others had recommended I accepted that. I did feel she was a bit judgemental when she asked what my occupation was the look on her face was enough when I mentioned what I did for a living at the end of the day I didn't need that. I may still look at properties with pittis but will go somewhere else for a mortgage when I am ready to proceed.

Jut going through the final stages of selling our house with Pittis Estate agents. From the start of the process they have been professional in all dealings and have handled the house sell very well. I would like to thank Chris, Jo and the whole Pittis team for their support, contact with myself was maintained and if I contacted or visited the shop everybody communicated well and knew our property. Something I had not had with a previous estate agent. Massive thank you.

My Grandparents have recently exchanged on a property marketed with Pittis. Jo Lacey greeted them warmly at each viewing and was knowledgeable about the bungalows, the local area and the owners. She kept them informed throughout the conveyancing procedure, and nothing was too much trouble for her.
