Be very careful when buying from this company!! They clean the items up nicely, but then they cobble the wheelchair together without any proper knowledge—and that’s when the problems start!! I was deeply disappointed by this company; it is truly sad that they would deceive sick people!!! What kind of world do we live in??? THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I needed to source a new, replacement battery charger for my Quickie 300 powerchair. Platinum Mobility to the rescue! Via your website I found and ordered a 24V 8A charger, supplied by Strident. Using the express delivery option, this arrived within 48hrs. Instructions were easy to follow. My powerchair battery is now fully charged. Thank you.

Well, what can I say! Platinum Mobility have help me out again? I bought my power wheelchair from them in 2024 and it has never let me down, I basically live in this chair I bought from them, so it gets plenty of wear, but 3 weeks ago I went to my local shops as I do most days, the same way, I went up a drop-down curb with a tiny lip, no problem, but once I got up there was dragging sound? And one of my back stabilizers had broken! So I rang Platinum Mobility and they after a few questions and pictures I sent, they had my chair picked up, repaired it and several other things that had broken, my lights back and front! And they cleaned it to look like new again! within 3 weeks of it breaking, I had it back as good as new... Thank You to All of you at Platinum Mobility... What a team of wonderful people... Going Above and Beyond to keep people like me mobile, otherwise I would be completely grounded at home! Stevie...

I decided on the exact mobility scooter I wanted to buy but Platinum Mobility did not stock it. Talking to Sarah in the Ely shop was incredibly helpful. They were able to supply me with my scooter of choice as a one off at an affordable price. It was delivered from the manufacturer to Ely where we picked it up. On looking through all the paperwork once home it appeared that the manufacturer had failed to do the final check. The chargers led display was also faulty. Again Sarah came to the rescue and arranged for us to take the scooter to their warehouse where one of the chaps did a complete check and they supplied a new charger at no cost.

I cannot recommend this company, and the Ely shop and Sarah, any higher. Outstanding customer service that you don’t see too much nowadays.

Such lovely people to deal with. Made everything so easy and straightforward with delivery arrangements and timings accurate. After a disgusting time with another dealer who went into administration (Kardinal / Nova ) it's good to have some faith restored in the mobility sector.

I had a great experience from start to end. A very professional and kind lady spoke to me on the phone [ please forgive me i have trouble remembering names], made me an appointment to go and view the electric wheelchair and make sure it was right for me. I had a ride around in it, she explained all about it, even the Gentlemen that were working there all gave fantastic customer service. It was more like a welcoming family than a shop floor. Would highly recommend Platinummobility.

This is a very friendly professional company, after buying a mobilty scooter from them, it was delivered promptly but alas I didnt like it, rang them immediatley and it was no problem to exchange it for another, which was carried out with great customer service. Would recommend them 100% and would definately use them again if and when the time arises
