From start to finish communication has been great. They let me know at each process what was happening in terms of making sure my chair was serviced before being dispatched. Not yet received chair as its arriving Monday due to having to come on a pallet, but I've already been in contact with the delivery company and they've put me on a morning delivery to help me out. They are easy to contact and respond quickly to any queries and emails. Ill definitely consider them when I need a spare battery

Extremely knowledgeable regarding the different scooters they had in stock.
Fetched several out of stock for us to view and try.
Very reasonable price and TgA breeze was in superb condition throughout.
Scooter was delivered promptly and the delivery driver was very courteous and helpful.
After sales service was also very good as we had a query regarding how to adjust part of the machine
I will highly recommend Platinum mobility scooters, if you are looking for a used mobility scooter, give them a try, it will be well worth the effort.

What an amazing company. Unbeatable customer service The scooter I purchased from them developed a fault {these things happen no ones fault} talking the problem over with Rachel she agreed that it was not the standard the company wished to give to its customers and offered to replace the scooter without any hesitation, now that’s a service you rarely find in this day and age, if you need anything to do with mobility I can highly recommend Platinum Mobility. I have always maintained that the best way to judge a company is by there after sales service(it is very rare where sales are concerned to have a bad experience). Platinum Mobility definitely deserve 5 stars, without going into too much detail it is fair to say that after a few problems I was very happy with Platinum because they could not do enough to ensure I was a happy customer(it did result in a few days away as well greatttt) I have returned home with an electric wheelchair that I will be able to take on holiday with me. I know that I would without a doubt recommend them because they have made sure I was happy with the final result. In short if you want a company that will make no excuses & that will look for solutions here is one of the best I have had the pleasure in dealing with. I mainly dealt with Ben, but I can assure that I have dealt with others of the team & they were just as friendly. Thank you for all that you have done & I will certainly recommend to others.

I am wondering if I have enough character space here to tell you just how refreshingly good this company is.
I wanted a particular model to assist with my back conditions. They didn't have the exact one at the time but received stock soon after, and let me know at once.|
It was just what I wanted, with some small tweaks which they readily sorted for me.
The price of an excellent refurbished machine just right and well worth it. Five stars awarded for every aspect of service I could wish for, and a delight to deal with.
I have christened my powerchair 'freedom' because that is what she offers me.

Great company all went without a hitch will buy again.

When we ordered we advised Ben of my dimensions to ensure I fitted in it. When the chair arrived its seat needed making wider which hadn't been done at the point of sale. To further add the engineer was over two hours late. Now we have to rebook for a engineer to attend again to make the seat wider and the engineer said it would be at least two weeks due to engineer annual leave and there current list.

Update

Ben came out personally less than a week later to widen the chair also sporting gifts for us. Leaving us very happy.

I bought from Logan and James when the company was first established and in a different warehouse.
I was so impressed by the service, price and the quality, that I have since bought 3 or 4 electric wheelchairs from them over the years, upgrading them and customising with the help of Rachel and Logan, and getting them serviced by James ( who is Mr Solutions ).
I have recommended them to so many people and can’t see why anyone would buy a new chair at astronomical prices, when you can buy a used chair, refurbished, serviced and cleaned by Platinum Mobility and at a price that could not be beaten by any other company. I challenge anyone to tell the difference between new and theirs.
