Poor service, no actions
We’ve been your customer for six or eight years now. I paid early and all you provide is poor service. We have no internet for 2 days now. I already contacted customer service, you told me to wait within 24 hours for the technician to fix it. No one went to our house to fix it. Now every time we call we are on hold, I even went to chat and still on hold. Is this how you treat your loyal customer? We used PLDT for our work now we are struggling because of your poor service.

I am very disappointed with the service…
I am very disappointed with the service provided by PLDT. The internet connection has been consistently unstable, that disrupt both work and daily use. Despite multiple attempts to report the issue, the response from customer support has been slow and not particularly helpful. The resolution process also feels inefficient, with concerns often taking too long to be addressed or resolved. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and has not met the level of reliability expected from an internet service provider. I hope significant improvements are made to both service quality and customer support moving forward.

Pldt is the worst. Sorry sir, no internet for days, weeks. They still charge you full price with no pro rated bill. 4yrs of shitty services we finally terminated our services. I advise getting another service.

I would not recommend this internet, it is poor in every criteria I can think of. Poor customer service, low connection, and here's the thing they purposely lag your connection at the exact moment you're about to win a match on a game, laughing on tiktok, and even when you're studying. But when it comes to boring things you're doing, it isn't gonna lag. I don't recommend.

inconsistent, slow, gaslighters, & incompetent. can’t even transfer even though the transfer fee is ALREADY paid. WTF. not so worth it, if it doesn’t have 3 year contract, i would’ve switched to CONVERGE.
