Very Poor Experience, Customer service non existent
Purchased a ceiling vent from them, I chose Satin assuming it would be a Satin White finish given that’s what the pictures show. A white vent. But no a silver vent serviced. Customer service very unprofessional. Said we sent what you ordered. Then I pushed for a return and they said I have to cover the postage.
Why don’t you update your website to reflect what you are actually selling? And train your customer service staff at the same time.

Needed a white vent and Prostko had exactly what I wanted at a fair price.
Item arrived very quickly and was as described and looks great where we have it fitted.
From this experience I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent company to deal with, I had to place a second order the next day which arrived quicker than expected it is almost like they knew and have this regularly. Keep up the good service

Ebay scammer. Ebay listing is nothing like what you will receive. No communication and totally ignorant.
Ebay do nothing about these scammers as they make to much money from them. They are all in it together. AVOID

Ordered direct from this firm rather than Amazon, better price, less than £4 tracked delivery, the anthracite vent covers arrived within 24 hrs, exce!lent communication too. They are excellent quality and look really smart, my husband was really impressed, just one short of my requirements, should have counted them myself!!! Would definitely recommend.
