Very friendly staff - receptionist even cleaned my glasses while I waited. Appointment started on time. Optometrist friendly, calm and informative.I felt the examination was thorough even though I was an NHS patient. Fortunately there was no change to my prescription this time - and the practise did not try to sell me glasses anyway.

Both Jessica and Roger were excellent.

Annual check with Simon as usual was thorough and he explained everything clearly and in layman's terms. No pressure to purchase anything. Have been my opticians for years and I'm very happy with them.

Thank you for the excellent children's eye tests on 26.05.26 in Stockbridge. The optician was skilled and experienced and made the whole experience smooth and child friendly.

I went for annual eye test and opt for a eye test and the special scan to seethe back of the eyes. Now days everything is so much easier and quicker getting results back quickly. The optician was very nice and to the point. I was very pleased with the results. I wanted to keep my frames which the optician said was fine. Just had the lens fitted into my frames. I was a little surprised at the cost for the lens.minusing the scan. I didn't think I paid much more for the completed thing 2years ago. But I guess everything has gone up. The staff were very friendly. I can now see a little clearer which is the main thing.

We had tried several local opticians over the years, and came late to Rawlings after some disappointing experiences.
I could not be more complimentary of my consulation. the testing was thorough, each stage explained and Helen was very patient and expathetic in her conduct of the examination: very different to what I received elsewhere. Consequently I have more confidence in the prescription I received this time, and buying new glasses on the back of it.

Eye examination was very thorough and in no way rushed. I also ordered new glasses and the measurements taken to endure a good fit were more thorough than I've experienced before. All of this in a professional and friendly atmosphere.

Vicky and Helen dealt with an urgent issue promptly and effectively. I was given an early appointment and a thorough examination followed by referrals. Copies of test results were provided on request and were very useful at the hospital.
