Bought hair through a salon for £600+ 5…
Bought hair through a salon for £600+ 5 months later after using the remi branded shampoo, conditioner and styling products the brown colour not the blonde had gone peachy colour. My salon tried to use the warranty as I’d liked after hair, not been on holiday etc and basically said you should colour the hair every month anyway and nothing wrong with hair. If you colour it voids 12 months warranty which stylist argued with them but they weren’t interested. Warranty isn’t worth paper it’s written on and you’ve lost a customer and my stylist won’t be using recommending remi cachet anymore. Terrible customer service. Avoid. I always judge people/companies by how they deal with problems/mistakes if they arise and this company are very poor.

Not 100% human hair
I have now filled in 2 hair report forms and sent a follow up WhatsApp to this company about the hair I received. I paid nearly £600 for this hair and can not believe the poor quality of it. I get my hair professionally blow dried and the hair dresser has now told me he can’t get the result I want from the hair because it is too tangled and matted. From the first wash this was the case. I have sent photos to the company and have not received any response. Please avoid buying hair from here it feels like it is synthetic or is mixed with synthetic hair

Recently paid £300 for new hair
Recently paid £300 for new hair, using shade T5. Within weeks of the hair being fitted the T5 shade had changed to orange. During my recent maintenance I had to remove some individual bonds because the colour was orange. Contacted Remi Cachet regarding this issue and have been told to colour the hair! £300 on hair and have to colour it to keep the desired colour I paid for not 3 months prior! Professional confirmed the change in colour is not 'natural fading' and is not normal! Please think twice about purchasing this hair if you like the colour you pick and have virgin hair and don't want to colour your hair! I am now left with a hair colour I never wanted and an orange shade!

Sadly I won’t be using Remi Cachet…
Sadly I won’t be using Remi Cachet extensions again. The quality on my last 2-3 orders just doesn’t seem to be the same as it used to be. I’ve had my new set of tapes for 2 months if that, had them fitted correctly and used their shampoo and they already look and feel really damaged.

Let me start by saying I love the hair. My issue is with the deliveries. My last 2 deliveries were delayed by a few days. I reached out to customer service via WhatsApp and send all the info on the previous 2 deliveries and I never received an answer back. I got an automated response today saying the chat was closed due to me not responding, when I had. It was a lack of response on the companies behalf. I really like the brand but it's frustrating when the courier used in Ireland isn't reliable. I've previously given 5 star review on the product. But I would really love if you could reconsider a more reliable courier option

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery dates when it comes to international orders due to the journey they need to make.
