Best quality hair and customer service
The best brand of hair I’ve ever worked with and the best customer service. I’ve ordered hair from them since 2018 and they really look after you. I have never ever had an issue with faulty hair but I’ve seen multiple with other brands clients have brought me over the years. Many of my clients find their hair lasts them even more than a year it really is the best quality and a real investment.

Dye washes out in shower
Have had Remi Cachet extensions on and off over the past 10 years and have to agree with many of the other reviews that the quality has gone downhill. The sets of hair I had pre-covid lasted a year and the colour (dark brunette) didn’t change at all. However, my previous set of hair went coppery within 4 months and my current set has dye come out in the shower every time I wash it unless I turn the temperature down so much that it’s practically cold (which I never had to do with my previous sets of extensions!) Think will try look for a brand that does virgin brunette hair next time!

As all of our hair goes through a multiple step process to achieve our wide range of desired shades, colour can rinse out from time to time upon washing the first few times just as our natural hair can once it has been coloured.
Colour fade is also natural for your hair to experience throughout its lifetime. Many factors can contribute to the acceleration of this including but not limited to heat exposure and aftercare products.

I’m honestly so disappointed with these…
I’m honestly so disappointed with these hair extensions.
I ordered shade T5-7/20 and within a couple of weeks they started turning really warm and brassy—almost ginger/orange in certain lighting.
For the price, I expected them to last much longer without such a drastic colour change. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re trying to maintain an ashy or cool shade.
What made it worse was the customer service. I reached out to explain the situation and sent photos, but they weren’t very helpful and didn’t really offer a proper solution.

This sounds like it could be fading which isn't deemed a product fault rather than natural fading. This is normal with any human hair including our own natural hair, if it has been coloured. However we would need to look into this further to verify.

Hair has gone yellow
Hair has completely discoloured after 3 months.
Noticed discolouration two months in sent countless photos and evidence of the hair completely yellow from top to bottom just under £700 hair completely disappointing. Even more so with Remi cachet themself if you do not use their hair care I wouldn’t bother complaining they will not help and do not care I have been ignored for a week had to chase it up got a reply and now been waiting another week not been given any resolution except from “we can send you Remi cachet hair products” like that is going to change the discolouration they also suggested using Malibu C treatment which I’ve already done nothing is going to change the colour of the hair and they have not offered any reasonable resolution. Also confirmed I have used sulphate free shampoo and conditioner, heat protectant, only heat from blow drying, filtered shower head, hair oil, plating before bed, silk pillowcase, not been in the sun so I dread to think what they would look like in the summer or on holiday. If you have blonde hair would not bother at all. If you are looking for a company that cares about their customers being satisfied and happy with the product, again would not bother!
