I moved four boxes from England to Finland, and I very much appreciate all the help I got from Removals and especially from Michelle Harris. It was a very rushed process, so I do appreciate their swift replies, but I wish all the necessary information was readily available in one document, so that I wouldn't have had to keep emailing separately about everything and then have information spread out in multiple emails, when everything could've been on one document for me to read from the get go. Michelle was always friendly, though, and I did eventually get answers to my multiple questions. I do recommend using Removals! Just be prepared to be vigilant and ask those questions and chase after your belongings! Mine arrived a month and a half after shipping.

Removals.co.uk helped me move my belongings from Scotland to the Netherlands. They were supportive in trying to keep the costs down and the shipment arrived sooner than expected. I was a bit surprised though as some goods could not be taken so I had to make alternative arrangements last minute, and at the last moment I was asked to look up customs export codes for my goods and print labels, which was tricky as everything was packed already. This was partly my own fault, as things were done in quite a rush during the holiday period, but it would have been good to have had advance notice of this.

I have no idea why my experience is so different to all other reviewers. I had my belongings shipped back from Dubai back in March. One box was missing but the removal men acted as though this came as a surprise to them. However, after several months of chasing by me (no communication was instigated by the company) I was told that the package was not received off the ship back in March. I acknowledge they didn't misplace my belongings but this was the worst experience of customer care I've ever experienced & really disappointed that they didn't appear to care at all that my possessions didn't arrive.

Thanks to COVID-induced remote working I was able to relocate out of the UK to a cheaper location and used removals.co.uk to ship 10 large boxes of my items to my new home abroad which went ahead with no issues.

I definely will use them again if i move back to the UK in the future.

I used Removals.co.uk to ship my belongings from London to Singapore and the process was very smooth. What could have been a stressful experience was actually fairly straightforward. I was looked after by Michelle who was always very pleasant and helpful. I did plenty of Googling beforehand and found that every removals company has a few terrible reviews but I had to choose one of them. I’m glad I went with this one and I’d use them again.

My removal was completed in a professional, polite way. I received constant support throughout the process. I was aware of where my cargo was at all times, and all of my questions were addressed as we went through the removal. I would use them again.

I've had my items stored in London since the beginning of Covid. Removals helped me repack and get my bags to Norway for a reasonable price. My coordinator Michelle arranged everything for me. I was surprised by how fast the process was once everything was confirmed. I am pleased with Removals and would 100% use them again another time.

We used them in April for a move from the UK to Ireland and the experience was very positive. Jessica was excellent in communicating everything that we needed to know. The guys were great on the day and came in, collected our stuff with no fuss or stress for us to deal with. Delivery on this side was also good. Would recommend the company again.

We had a very good experience with Removals.co.uk. I found that their price offer was the most competitive among the companies I enquired. In our case, they executed the transfer through DHL which was very convenient as we could track our boxes throughout their journey. Because of BREXIT things can get complicated with clearance (in our case we had to appoint someone to do this for us once the shipment had arrived and pay a fee) but this is not related to the service provided by Removals. Communication with Michelle was excellent, she was always available by email or phone.

From the start my contact person Michelle Harris was very helpful and she had an answer to all my questions. She really was star and made my worries disappear.
When the goods arrived in Germany a few weeks later, everything was in order, also the 2 guys who unloaded everything where friendly ans helpful. Thumbs up for the company

This service was really great. I was really surprised with the level of service. I was rushed getting back home to Australia due to COVID. The communication with Michelle was great. She was always quick to get back to me when I had any queries. My boxes arrived safe and sound in Australia and I had no issues at all with their service and delivery times.
