Really good customer service. All of my queries were responded to promptly and my belongings arrived in perfect condition although slightly later than expected.

Have just used these guys to move stuff from London to Madrid. It was an urgent request (Wanted the furniture delivered within a week of initial request), and even in the middle of a pandemic and country lock downs Michelle made it happen. Had to pay a premium but this is to be expected with such demands. The only criticism I had was that part of the delivery was a piano, when the drivers turned up they didn't have appropriate equipment to get it onto the back of the truck which apparently was down to me not specifying exactly what equipment would be needed to lift an upright piano (I had assumed that they would know this after saying what piano it was), and as we didn't feel comfortable them taking it it stayed back in the UK, with no money being offered back to me. Other than that all fragile items arrived in one piece within 2 days of leaving UK. Would recommend.

this is one of the worst services ever I had they have no manager to even complain.
they offered me packing service for 200 pounds and the two men came and they do not want to pack this is poor service and if they tell me you can not apply for custom relief while the Swedish custom tells me you can though then it is poor service.
when I asked them about the boss and they don't have an internal compliant service then it is poor service.
I regret using their service which cost me nearly 2000 pounds.

I was planning a move to Denmark from the Scottish Isles in January. Brexit/covid complications meant the dates kept changing. Michelle was so patient, flexible and helpful. After a video conference she gave me the best quote I had received. I had to move my goods from the islands to the mainland - but all removal companies were the same. From their collection to delivery took one week - I think we were lucky to hit every onward move at the right time. My fiance on the other side was very impressed by the delivery guys on his end. I was kept informed as required but generally everything went really smoothly once booked. Very happy - would use again. Except I hope to never have to move again!

Very reliable and trustworthy, all items have arrived in very good conditions and well packaged by the firm staff. One item got lost in transit, but eventually arrived safely. I will use them again.

It was a rather good experience, with removal and delivery drivers professional, helpful and on time. Everything arrived, nothing broken. It got a little stressful at times with new paperwork due to Brexit, but as a gesture of good will I was sent a box via courier so I suppose it's square. Overall, I would recommend

This was not an easy job with small lots going to two different countries from a rural address, with tricky customs forms. My goods arrived safe and sound and each challenge was met! I was very glad of the experience of the team.

For the second time shifting a load from England to Italy, this time with COVID, so obviously far more difficult, we again received very good service. Michelle and her company found a way to reunite us with our things using a local driver, Richard from Brittania for the last leg. Both times no damage and we were kept fully informed at every stage. More than happy to recommend the company.

Moving house is stressful and Removals.co.uk were so empathetic to this! They allowed me to rearrange my removal at short notice without an additional cost, reassured me in explaining at length the insurance cover terms and Kirsty James (account manager) was an absolute superstar!

The removals guys themselves (Josh and Ricardo) turned up on the day of the move 30 minutes early and loaded the van very quickly and carefully. I then kept in touch with them along the drive to my new destination and they unloaded the van placing my belongings in the intended rooms. They were friendly, polite and amazing - couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you!

I had to move at the beginning of Covid-19 from Denmark to the UK. Lots of problems, flights cancelled etc. Michelle did a great job collecting my furniture etc and arranging storage in the UK until I was able to get back. The moving crews were just great!

Excellent and reliable service, international move everything was picked up and delivered within 10 days, highly recommended.
