Die Suchfunktion/Filterfunktion ist schlecht
Die Suchfunktion ist schlecht. Es werden Filter angeboten, aber die Anzeigen, die angezeigt werden, entsprechen zu 99% nicht den Suchkriterien. Dafür zahlt man dann auch noch Geld. Ich rate jedem, das lieber bleiben zu lassen. Ich habe jetzt Kosten, aber kein einziges brauchbares Wohnungsangebot. Ich verbuche es dann mal unter Lehrgeld.

It make me pay to contact the apartment…
It make me pay to contact the apartment owner. After paying it redirected me on another website where the apartment ad was taken.
It shows different city on map and apartment has different Adresse. Ver dark Ux , if you cansel it asks you 15 times if you are sure in a such manner that you can skip cancelation and accidentally keep subscription which costs 34€ after 4 days. I would not trust such business

An und für sich lief alles gut außer das trotz gekündigten Abo was abgezogen wurde und ich dadurch eine Mahnung bekommen habe nun hoffe ich das ich den Betrag zurück erstattet bekomme

Je me suis engagée à tort sur Rentumo, croyant ne payer que 4€, et j'ai contesté un prélèvement de 39€99 (je suis un peu âgée et peu familiarisée avec ces outils).

I mistakenly signed up on Rentumo, thinking I was only paying €4, and I contested a €39,99 levy (I’m a bit old and not very familiar with these tools).
Sarah offered to help me today and I really appreciated her intervention. I thank her for her understanding and effectiveness.

Rentumo ist ein Witz.
Habe eine ansprechende Wohnung gefunden. Mich für die 4 Tage Probe für 4€ angemeldet, um den Anbieter der Wohnung zu kontakieren.
Für den Kontakt werde ich auf eine andere Seite weitergeleitet und die angegebenen Nebenkosten betragen da die Hälfte.
Dazu kommt, die Wohnung liegt in einem Nachbarort, ca 14 km entfernt. Um mein Abonnement zu kündigen, musste ich ca 10 Mal bestätigen, dass ich wirklich kündigen will.
Diese Seite nutzt unseriöse Geschäftspraktiken.

Eher weniger empfehlenswert
Kann die Seite eher weniger empfehlen, habe eine Wohnung in einer ganz anderen Stadt gesucht und Angebote für Zwickau und Erlangen erhalten (wohl weil es dort die gleichen Straßennamen gibt).
