Amazing customer service
Easy to use, results were so quick and the appointment service is amazing. I have previously used the trial CPAP service also and they were better than I could have hoped. I will happily use Resmed at anytime.

Had my sleep test with them and a suitable mask was found for me. Much better than my previous experience with CPAP.

The initial meeting felt like a time share apartment sales pitch.
The initial meeting felt like a pressure sales technique. The financial options were discussed above everything else first. They do not point out cheaper options, rent to try options and cannot give you a 1 year TCO figure for each plan.
Once I worked out the options, staff were very helpful in choosing the best mask for me and adjusting settings.
In the end I had to stop the trial as I was experiencing severe back pain which is a known side effect, but staff were surprised and seemed unaware of this side effect.

The support through my CPAP trial was invaluable. I received regular check-ins and advice from Resmed and the opportunity to trail a number of masks till I got the right one.
