Would not recommend.

We had a confirmed collaboration in May, however after waiting over two weeks with no communication or updates, I had to follow up multiple times. When I left a polite comment asking them to check their DMs, the collaboration was cancelled instead of my enquiry being addressed.

I understand that many Australian small businesses are busy, but being busy is not an excuse for poor communication or customer service. A simple update would have been appreciated.

Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed and unwilling to work with this business again.

The Aqua Dog ID Collar is Brilliant!!! The Collar is well made, durable and the reflective stitching for night is an awesome bonus feature! Highly recommend & we will be ordering another as he grows bigger.

Great Aussie made product that is fit for purpose. Our dogs love their new collars and have their names and our phone numbers clearly sewn on their collars in case they ever get lost our.

I received my puppies Xmas presses from Rover and couldn’t be happier. It’s well made and looks beautiful on my 2 choco labs.

Well made. Tough enough to handle whatever the work day throws at them. Been my collar of choice for seven dogs now. Helped people return my dogs on the odd occasion one got lost. Australian-made. Friendly, efficient service. What’s not to love?

The quality of the items and the great service, great company to buy from

I ordered 2 aqua collars from these guys. The order took a little longer than expected to arrive, but was very happy with the quality once they were received. I have since ordered another one for my daughters dog.

I bought a Jolly Ball for Harry, my Border Collie/Kelpie who absolutely LOVES it. This item is to replace one I had bought for my horses but they didn't play so it was given to H. It is an absolute delight to watch him play and as this was my first time purchase from Rover Pet Products I am sure it will not be the last! Excellent Seller communication and price. Thanks to your great team.

Good quality product

Long story short.
- Purchased dog leash on 4/11 which states "Fast turnaround. Shipped within next business day."
- No updates on 6/11 so I emailed.
- No updates on 10/11 so another email.
- No updates still today (17/11) with voice messages left and 3 attempted calls.
Company completely ignores any form of contact and has not attempted to respond even though they have updated their website with Black Friday sales.

These are the best of 4 different brands of nylon embroidered dog collars we have bought over 20 years. The materials, stitching, clasps etc are all high quality, giving them a premium feel. They fit well and are easy to adjust.

There are a lot of thoughtful touches such as different sized fonts for the name and phone number. Best of all they are made in Australia.

Excellent product!! Highly recommended to the most active of dogs and chewers! I’ll buy again for sure

I have ordered food and toys from the Rover Pet Products team on several occasions and the team has been AMAZING! They have stopped at nothing to help and always reply super speedy!!!

My fussy puppies will eat anything as long as there is a meal topper on it and get super excited when any Rover toy is given to them (which are going 6months strong lol)

I always shop here for our dogs personalised products, the quality is high and lasts years, turnaround time and postage was prompt. I won't shop anywhere else for these products

Edit to add: I left a 1 star review on their website - but Rover Pet Products only publish the 4/5 star reviews.

Placed my order, received generic emails stating order received and how long it would take to arrive. One week passed, no further communication. I emailed to ask for an order update. No response. I email again the next week. Reply says that my order was a "pre-order" and would take another 1-2 weeks to arrive. I requested a refund twice, both ignored. I stated that nowhere in the product description did it say that my order would take 4 or more weeks to arrive. Within hours, the Director had found a collar to embroider and post that day, after 10 emails and 2 refund requests.

I received the collar. Collar is good, however I still would not recommend due to poor customer service.
