Wrote massive review, some reason it won’t show up, guess they hide them too!
No waterproof at all!
Wasted one $300 on bed bought largest size for my pooch.
They never replied when sent photo or ruined bed!
Was indoor bed for pup with incontinent issues.
NOT WATERPROOF !! WOULD BARELY CALL IT WATER RESISTANT!!
SAVE YOUR MONEY BUY FROM LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE !!

Absolute scam people avoid!

I now have 5 rover pet beds, 2 of those beds to arrive this week . I do love the quality of their bedding. One has been used for two years and still looks new, no dog smell or mould. Same for the one year old beds.
Now for the sad bit. With the two latest beds.
After nine days I sent email enquiring to what stage my order was at, no reply. I sent a second message, once again no reply.
Couple of days later I sent a 3rd email and was more demanding. I received an email and a tracking number. Sadly I should have received an email after my first enquiry.
I feel if I spend money on line and product is slow to be despatched I should have a right to be informed with what is happening with the product I buy.
The complete stop from buying from Rover pet any more is the delivery service. Service is fast till it makes my area. 3 delivery from same company has been an issue to get my deliveries. We shouldn't have to chase online orders or deliveries

Ordered a tuff mat bed over 3 weeks ago: timeframe for production/dispatch given was 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, send an inquiry, only to be told the dispatch timeframe was 2-3 weeks and it would be shipped within that timeframe. It’s now been over 3 weeks with no word, so I enquired further, only to be told it was in the pile to be sent and that answering queries like mine only added to the dispatch delay. No apology for the delay or contradictory info provided on their website. I found their customer service absolutely appalling, and I have doubts the order will ever arrive. Trying to support an Australian business, but very disappointed with the lack of prompt, respectful communication on their behalf. Take your money elsewhere.

Never received product. Then after I put in a review with PayPal to refund they said sent the product and demanded payment via email! They have not sent the product. It has never been delivered. Dodgy company. Beware.

Ordered a waterproof XL bed for my dog. I didn't select embroidery yet I was charged for it so it took about 1 1/2 weeks to get that money back. Their website advertises a 2 week delivery time but I have only just received my order 1 month after ordering it. I had to follow up with them twice to see if it was still going to be delivered and it made me start to wonder if I'd been scammed. The bed is rolled up in a box and I had to spend about 1/2 hour unsticking the cover from the foam and jiggle the foam around to get it to each corner of the cover. You can't take the cover off at all. Otherwise, once the bed was sorted it looks fine so we hope our doggo enjoys sleeping on it as it's not a cheap product. Love that it's Aussie made but customer service could be much much better.

Misleading information in product descriptions.

I purchased 2 custom collars on 5th of Dec which never arrived. Rover team can see in the tracking that they were lost/stuck somewhere along the way and never made it to me. I have followed up at least 5 times to be refunded or to be sent a new order and there has been zero action taken on behalf of Rover. It's been nearly 3 months since my order was confirmed. It would take them about 1 minute to refund me $71. Very disappointed with this customer service and would not recommend this brand to anyone.

Really happy with our personalised embroidered dog collar that we ordered. It was completely personalised and Made to order. we got to choose the base colour and the writing colour with our pets name and our phone number. We even got an additional print embroidered. The colours are bright and vibrant and exactly what is shown online. It felt great supporting a local Australian business! The quality was amazing too!
