I bought an XL Orthopaedic dog mattress for my border collie, as well as an embroidered dog collar. Both products are top quality and my dog absolutely LOVES his bed. I got the XL because he likes to stretch out sometimes when he sleeps, and the mattress is a perfect size for that.
The mattress and collar arrived promptly and safely, and the communication from Rover pet products was absolutely top of the line. Everything was top of the line. On top of that, they are Australian made and owned, and it was very easy to tell they genuinely care about your pet and work hard to provide high quality products.
I highly recommend this company. They make the best dog mattresses I have seen on the market, and provide plenty of choice and personalisation as well. I'm a VERY happy customer and so is my dog!

The best bed I have purchased so far. My pet Fallow Deer Bolt has destroyed every bed I have bought him so far. I love that the bed has no zippers or loose material that he can nibble on until he gets to the inside. Thank you for such a great product.

Really impressed with how good the quality is and being able to choose the Colour’s, bonus! We chose bright vibrant Colour’s (hot pink and yellow) to stand out when camping or out at the beach. Tried and tested in salt water and it’s holding up perfectly. Also love the reflective strip for nighttime walks. Our pup hated those metal ID tags and the clunkiness made her quite nervous when eating from her bowl. She’s now a confident and relaxed pup around meal time and more settled at home. The ID collar has plenty of room for her name and two mobile numbers. Would 100% purchase again from here.

After much deliberation & spending probably $1000. on dog beds, i decided to give Rover Pet Products a go.. I was very sceptical at first as I've been scammed with other dogs bed companies, or the product just doesn't match & deliver what the companies state it will. I have 3 dogs, but needed a large bed for Luna, my Staghound.
I went onto Rover Pet Products web page & easily navigated through what I would like to order for my Staghound. The options of beds to suit every dogs needs was great, I chose Lunas ( my staghound ) bed & with fingers crossed I ordered it.
Confirmation was recieved & all i had to do was wait....🫣
I received my package in great time, & it was very well packed.. I put it out for Luna, but before she could even get on it, my Greyhound took over !!! Poor Luna.. So i was now faced with 2 dogs wanting the same bed !! Up till then Tili ( greyhound) was happy on her raised bed 😑. I was very impressed with my Rover Dog Bed, the quality & how well it's made is fantastic ! & YES it's comfortable, I've laid down on it. Not to mention the guarantee of quality...
My next deliberation was 2 dogs ONE Rover Dog Bed 🥴 so I promptly ordered another one.. My 3rd dog is tiny, so she sleeps on my bed, but I do see all 3 of them together on the Rover Dog Beds.
YES im a happy customer & I can't speak highly enough of Rover Dog Beds Products. Will I purchased another Rover Dog Bed ??? Yes, but I won't need to for a while as these beds will last... 🤗🤗🤗

Rover's website was easy to personalise the dog collar (with advice about collar sizing being important). It took two days from placing the order to receiving the delivery, and we are very pleased with the quality of the collar.

I have been purchasing from these guys for several years now. The products our great. I have adopted 2 rescue staffys and they both loved their toys especially the nylon ones as they haven't managed to destroyed them. Their absolute favourite would have to be the Christmas Advent calendars. Mine is the duel controlled leafs and collars. Delivery is fast and always answer any questions that I may have. Strongly recommend especially if you have a staffy or a tough chewer

I recently purchased an ID collar for my cavoodle. It was beautifully made great quality. The service was fast and my questions were answered. The collar seems to be comfortable and fits well. I will now be purchasing the matching lead. Our Ollie is a very picky eater and purchased the kangaroo topper which he devoured and now will be purchasing some of the other toppers. The convenience of coming frozen so you can defrost as needed is fantastic. I loved supporting a small business and best of all Australian.

Still haven’t received my item. I paid for express post and it was sent a week after ordering and via regular post. No one bothers to respond to emails. Won’t be ordering again from this company.

Believe the negative reviews people! I wish I had.
Multiple emails, nearly two months on, still no order received. I could’ve made the dog bed myself by now.
Such a shame, I really wanted to support Australian made.
