I booked a Cruise with Harris back in…
I booked a Cruise with Harris back in March 2026. I had originally booked my Cruise on board Celebrity Ascent, but decided to change my destination. There was a few issues between Scotlands Cruise Centre and Celebrity Cruises, but Harris dealt with these quickly and efficiently by liasing with Celebrity Staff on my behalf. I contacted Harris about half an hour before his shift ended on the Friday night, not only did he continue to work past his shift that night, he also worked all Saturday morning and into the afternoon so he could send me all the new confirmation, Saturday was his day off!! You don’t get that kind of service very often (and I also don’t leave reviews), but as Harris went above and beyond to help me solve all the issues, I thought he definitely deserved a 5* review. Keep up the excellent work Harris, you’re definitely an asset to the company.
I would also like to give Mem a mention too, he always helps us book our Cruises and is very efficient and excellent at his job too. Thanks again guys.

Asian cruise and stay
Recently booked a cruise to Thailand and Vietnam on Celebrity Solstice with a Singapore and Hong Kong stay for February 2027, felt we were given a very good deal and it was a pleasure to deal with Katie Lowe while making initial enquiries through to finally booking this trip, no questions or queries seemed to be a problem, Katie dealt with everything in a very friendly and efficient manner. This is our first time using this company and would certainly recommend them going by our experience so far

We’ve booked with Scotland’s Cruise Centre on a number of occasions now, and the service is consistently excellent.
Our cruise specialist, Alana McEwan, is simply wonderful. She is always friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make sure everything is just right.
Once again, Alana managed to secure our first-choice cabin for our back-to-back cruise in 2028, which we were absolutely delighted with. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and it’s very reassuring to know she is always on hand to answer any questions or help with anything, even after the booking has been made.
It’s that level of personal service and attention to detail that keeps us coming back. Highly recommended.

He answered further questions I had very quickly and backed them up in an email. I have been booking Via SCC for years and I have had no problems with our holidays or whilst I was on holiday. Unresponsive, expensive and incompetent
We found a cruise on their website that looked very attractive and decided to book it. We called them to make the arrangement and were given a price including flights and pre-cruise hotel. On checking the cruise company's own website we could book the exact same cruise for 25% less, a saving of around £1k. We tried calling SCC back to see if they could match. Promised a call back but it never arrived. Tried emailing but again no call back. A previous booking with SCC was a bit of a disaster - booked and paid for 2 back-to-back US cruises which turned out to be impossible due to US foreign ports laws. Why didn't they know this? They're supposed to be the experts! We had to re-arrange and pay for an alternative while waiting for the refund. A final point - they request full payment for the cruise a while month before actually needed by the cruise company. We've booked 4 previous cruises through SCC but our last 2 bookings/attempts have been so disappointing that we'll not use them again. And yes, we're still waiting for that call-back.

Don't go anywhere else when booking a cruise!
Once again have returned from a cruise booked through Scotland Cruise Centre. This was a return to the Caribbean (P&O direct flights to/from Glasgow to Barbados) and SCC provided us with all the necessary information required well in advance so that we were fully prepared for the holiday. Staff were on hand whenever I phoned with any little query (even for reassarance) we might have and we left totally relaxed knowing every detail had been outlined.
We've been dealing with SCC for over 20 years and have always had superb service from the agents.
We would not go past SCC when booking a cruise and have recommended it to friends and family.
