I have held a number of saving accounts with Secure Trust Bank, and the level of online and telephone service has always been very good. If the saving interest rates are competitive, I would always consider using Secure Trust Bank.

Awful application form & scary security experience
ISA application form was ambiguous & cotradictory. Fortunately, I phoned you and a very nice woman talked me through it. Never showed last page, got timed out, but somehow new ISA got created. Bit later I rang again. Your man said there was no record of my transfer request! He'd do it. But he needed my memorable word, & asked for a character greater than my 7 chars one! Had to go to security. Big hassle: very annoyed. Eventually, security guy said new word must be 6 chars plus. I am furious at this. However, in the end, STB did complete my transfer.

No problem applying for ISA on line. Cash plus a transfer. Awaiting on latter, hopefully no problems although the form was not that easy to complete.

IMost helpful staff on telephone
I experienced difficulties when trying to renew my maturing deposit and spent 30 minutes on the telephone to a most helpful employee who talked me through the process
