SENTIA Spirits founder Professor David Nutt has been a pioneering force in psychopharmacology for over thirty years. He has published more then 500 original research papers and 34 books on a wealth of topics in psychiatry, from his early work in sleep studies to his more famous interventions in drug policy and the study of addiction.

I very skeptically ordered some cans of stout, expecting it to have no effect at all, but after one can I was back ordering more! The closest you can get to having a beer without having alcohol. Highly recommend

Spurious claims
I didn't experience any of the claimed affects of Black Gaba. I persevered and had 4 drinks with the suggested amount in each drink with diet coke. All that happened is the coke went curiously flat and I developed heart burn. An expensive drink with spurious claims.

SENTIA's effect is very individual and can depend on various factors like the following:
Individual variances: Your GABA system is very much your own, and individual chemistry varies from person to person, so the experience of SENTIA will vary too.
Alcohol in system: Regular alcohol drinkers may have a high tolerance to GABA release, which will moderate the SENTIA experience. Studies suggest that you can reset your tolerance to GABA release by refraining from drinking for 2 to 3 weeks.
SSRI’s: (Selective Serotonin Inhibitors) anti-psychotics, tranquillisers and some epileptic medications may inhibit the effects of SENTIA.
Expectations: SENTIA is not designed to get you “drunk”, but offer a more refined experience. All feelings are of course very subjective, and will vary from person to person.
Context: There is a great deal of scientific evidence indicating that drinking (or talking any mind altering substance) alone creates a very different effect from doing so socially. The science suggests the same will be true with SENTIA.

Sentia Gold is really delicious - love it.
Bought Sentia Gold - delicious! What a lovely drink. I've only had 50ml at a time so far and can't report a 'buzz' or feeling any more relaxed than usual, but it is still nice to have a non-alcoholic drink to mix with soda/ginger ale, get that ceremonial feeling on a weekend. No complaints, it's delicious! Will be trying 100ml next to see if that works for the relaxed feeling that you describe.

Replaced alcohol with Sentia
I’ve just finished my 4th bottle and I have repurchased again. I love the effect- I feel pleasantly relaxed but not drowsy. For me it’s a perfect alternative to alcoholic drink without a hangover. Actually, I haven’t touched alcohol since I bought the first bottle. I wish they stocked it in our local bars!
