Poor customer sevices…
I purchased 2 airpurifier but despite measuring I was surprised by the size. They were too big. I ordered the smaller version which is perfect and returned the bigger ones within a day of receiving. 22 days later despite contacting customer services several times they had not refunded my money. I contacted customer services again asking to raise a complaint and was advised they would respond in 24 -48 hours. This happened twice and weeks later they have never made contact. I also spoke to 2 advisors who both advised they would phone me back and neither have done despite the reassurances they provided.
Whilst I like the product I would recommend buying in a shop because at the minimum you would get you money back in a few day. Customer services provide no services. Promise they will fix the issue and get rid of you.
Powerdetect vacuum is ok, SharkNinja is shambolic
I ordered a powerdetect cordless vacuum cleaner in October to replace a different shark cordless that was just old and not working properly. Ordering was easy off their site, it arrived by courier well packaged about a week later. The vacuum itself is fine, makes a bit of a funny aeroplane type noise when it detects whether you’re vacuuming floor or carpet but does a better job at lifting dog hair and dirt than the old one so I’m happy. I had ordered a second battery and charger as well as found the old one needed 2 batteries to get around the whole house (the new one’s battery capacity is much better) I didn’t need the second charger so went to return. SharkNinja site makes you fill in a return request form and they supposedly get in touch to organise the return. Filled this in 3 times and nobody got back to me. Ended up having to email their customer service, waited around for a couple of days for them to send it to the correct department. Eventually had to organise a courier pick up date as they weren’t able to give me a return label, so meant hanging around the house on a day off. They received the return and refunded me the whole amount that I paid for the vacuum and all. I’m an honest person and contacted them to tell them, this again went into the melting pot of customer service emails, when eventually about a week later they asked me to repay them into a Bank of America account. I have done this but overall it has been shambolic and I’m not sure I would order from them again. Just stay with uk based retailers is the way forward I think.
Edit: I have now had this vacuum for a few months. It's actually terrible. It doesn't lift dirt from edges I so have to go back round everywhere with the brush attachment. It seems to push dirt forward on hard floors so i have to lift the vacuum up and place it on top of the things I want lifted. It clogs up quite easily and the filters seem to block up weekly meaning the suction disappears to nothing. I am very disappointed an actually am going back to a corded vacuum as I'm fed up with the poor quality of cordless
Fantastic customer service
The handle on my frying pan came loose. I was provided with an alternative replacement within a week. Absolutely brilliant service. Plus, the replacement had automatically been registered by the company. Completely hassle-free.

Expensive and should do what it says.
Paid for the shark turbo blade which is expensive for a fan but we really wanted a good one that had a remote control so we didn't have to get out of bed. It was great for 3 months and then the remote wouldn't work unless you were right next to it. Did all the recommended checks and nothing resolved it so contacted shark. They said they'd send me a replacement remote out but it was out of stock so I had to send the whole unit back. After going to the hassle of not being to find a box at first, we then got it packed off back to them. The new one arrived pretty quickly which is why this isn't a 1 star. Set the new one up and guess what? Exactly the same! So the only way we can use it is if the remote stays on the top of it. Not good at all. I've paid £20 for normal fans and they've done what they are supposed to do. It even says on box it will work across room--- no way. I do believe some reviews online where they say theirs does, but after having to send one back because it doesn't and then receiving another exactly the same, seriously not happy. Not good, Shark and yet till this I was praising the quality of your electrical appliances.
Air Fryer : 2 Years then you need to chuck it out
Foodi 9 in 1 - air fryer, pressure cooker and lots of other things. Expensive but supposed to be the best on the market. Two years (and a bit) on and one aspect conks out. It is completely unrepairable, unserviceable. And out of warranty. I searched youtube and it is just not designed to be fixed. So after 2 years, you much chuck out a massive electronic product into landfill.. I would make that illegal. Customer service was helpful and offered a discount on a new one but fundamentally this is a terrible product - possibly designed not to last.

I ordered an expensive drinking bottle from Shark (£31.49) The package was left outside my house a few days later.
When I retrieved the package later that day, I noticed it was open at one end.
Unfortunately, there was nothing in the package.
I contacted Shark about this straight away. After a few days, they said 'it's been delivered'. They are not willing to help me at all. They just said 'contact your bank for a refund'. WHY should I have to contact my bank?!
This is disgusting customer service from Shark. I have spent a lot of money on their products, 3 vacuums, 2 air fryers...... and I am treated like this.

Ordered a refurbished handheld vacuum from eBay shop however the unit smells of dog urine and a strong dog smell absolutely disgusting!!!! Why was this unit not binned !!!

Awful ordering system and no help from Customer Services
I ordered a vacuum cleaner on line inputting my current address for delivery and billing. I paid via PayPal which has the same details as does my bank. I later noticed that the order confirmation email from Shark carried my former address for both delivery and billing but I was outside the half hour only given to cancel (it seems likely that the Shark Ninja system somehow picked up delivery and billing details from a previous order). I contacted Shark and have to say that the customer service was awful, the individuals were pleasant enough but clearly stuck with a system which is totally unhelpful. They were unable to amend, cancel or redirect the order and it was then down to me to ask the courier to redirect once they had confirmed receipt of instructions, but they couldn't help either; no one to speak to and I couldn't redirect on line because the delivery depot was not in my current area. So now I have to wait until delivery is attempted and hope the current property owners reject the parcel so I should get a refund eventually. This isn't the first time this has happened with an on line retailer, but really, is this the best they can do in terms of ordering systems and customer service? 😡

I purchased a hoover on Saturday the 12th April 2025 from their website , my bank declined the first payment due to potentially fraudulent sale , so I went on to the app and authorised the transaction again and it all went through . I have contacted them on several occasions as my order never went through. I sent them proof the money left my bank account and they still insist they did not receive the payment even though it clearly shows it did . Now they are saying they won’t give me my money back or the hoover . I strongly advise any customer to think twice about using a company like shark if this is how they treat their loyal customers . I will be taking this as far as I can to trading standards and higher as the customer service I have received from shark is a shambles . so please don’t touch this site with a barge pole

Don't believe the hype
False representation of goods on their website by only publishing positive reviews. I bought a handheld vac and gave and honest review as requested but received a message that it wouldn't be published. I wonder how many other realistic reviews have been hidden from potential customers? I have 2 Shark products now and neither of them live up to the hype. I'll never buy another and will never recommend anyone else do so either. It's all hype and false advertising.
Outstanding Customer Service.
I would like to give a massive shout out to shark ninja UK for their outstanding and probably the never to be beaten customer service they provided me with.
I was gifted a Shark Flip Mop in January 2023.
In November 2024 the mop didn't produce steam anymore. I did not contact Shark until December 2024.
I had to complete an online questionnaire and had admitted I had used Zoflora in the tank of the machine, despite this which had voided the guarantee Shark replaced the Flip mop.
I was sent a label to return the machine along with a list of local places I could return it to.
As soon I was provided with a receipt to say I had retuned the machine I received an email confirming my new machine had been posted out to me.
It arrived the next day. I was also given a 2 hour slot for the delivery time.
I would challenge any company to provide the same amazing customer service as Shark-Ninja provided to me.
They should be so proud of their selves.
I would 1000% recommend Shark- Ninja to anyone.
I have since purchased a Shark vacuum cleaner which I am equally happy with.

We bought this product in March 2023, through the Ninja website.
It has been a workhorse since the day we got it. I went to use it on Sunday 11th and it came up with an error message E2.
I contacted customer service and with very little fuss, they informed me as it was in warranty, they would send a new replacement (minus the pot).
It arrived today (14th).
What absolutely brilliant customer service!!!!

Apparently Yodel delivered my order over new year but nobody in the neighbourhood has it and it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone at Ninja and my emails are going unanswered. This was my Christmas present and so I am very upset about the whole experience.
Terrible Customer Service
Bought an air fryer from this company which was dispatched but Yodel never delivered it even though they said it would be sent by DPD. I spent a week contacting them 4 times which they ignored. When I final got through to them I was promised a replacement but the next day Instead of sending a replacement they cancelled the order. Terrible customer service and remember this is the same team that will deal with you when your product breaks down.
Best customer service experience ever!
I contacted shark customer services in respect of my faulty vacuum cleaner. The service I received from the customer services gentleman was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and a replacement part for my vacuum was issued in minutes with no quibble. Based on this experience, I will certainly be purchasing future products from Sharkninja. 5 STAR!!!!

I must admit after reading the reviews on here l got very concerned as l only read after purchase. I purchased my airfryer Saturday the 28thof September. By afternoon l had a notification it was dispatched to dpd. By Sunday 3pm, the following day, l had my order. I found the service really good and delivery was beyond expectation, very quick.

Best Experience with a Warranty Replacement ever, but unsure about environmental impact!
Slight frustration as emailing was listed as a contact option yet the quick reply was to phone in as the fault needed to be assessed. Called in and the fault on my Air Fryer was checked, warranty confirmed, and a replacement unit shipped. Best experience ever with absolutely no fuss. HOWEVER, I still have the broken air fryer with no power and am unsure if it needs to be disposed of or returned. This should really be clarified by Ninja and costs them a star as it really shouldn't be 'land-fill' bound as it could/may be an easy repair to get it functioning again...
