Was able to speak to a person who's mother tongue was English. Dealt with Austin. He communicated very helpfully, clearly understanding & meeting my requirements. A number of other utilities companies use overseas call centres, the operators have no grasp of english idioms, or the english way of life terminology. It ends up being a hard days work to contact them and even then touch & go whether they have understood what'sr equired.

As an energy consultant at Leyton UK who liaises with suppliers on a daily basis, I can confidently say that Shell Energy offers some of the best customer service in the UK industry. They consistently go above and beyond to facilitate benefits for their clients. I had the pleasure of speaking with Austin yesterday, who was incredibly helpful, and I've had similarly positive experiences with other agents in the past. Highly recommend Shell Energy for their exceptional support and dedication to their clients!

The parent company of Shell (i.e. Shell) destroys customer data in flagrant violation of GDPR laws. Untrustworthy.
Shell will badger and intimidate and they have contacted Trustpilot to claim that I have had no dealings with them. This is following several years of abuse and threats at the hands of Shell. They just lie and lie and lie.
And now another dishonest reply from Shell to this review. Leah is the unlucky employee of Shell sent to deliver today's bout of lying. This fraudulent company owes me several thousand pounds now and its continued and egregious lying is a demonstration of how abusive and, indeed, illegitimate these monstrous entities are.
Time for abusive and public hating Shell to be dismantled. Cue more lying from them and, perhaps, another bout of aggressive messages.
