Very disappointed by this "hair dye shampoo" it left my hair dry and straw like and I couldnt see any difference in shade, it did not hide my greys, even after leaving it on for the recommended time! I bought it on get one free offer, and bought myself the dark brown, as I wanted a natural look, and my daughter the purple, she too said it left her hair dry and straw like and ended up applying a ton of conditioner to her hair the next time she washed her hair to help feed it (which I have also had to do, plus a hair serum) needless to say I will not be buying this product again!!

Got a dark brown and a black brown! Thankfully I got the black brown one cos the lighter one was ginger! I've dyed my hair twice and have long hair, down my back and it feels empty already! It dyes really well and lasts up to 3 normal wases after but it's not any cheaper than getting normal dye and I still need to wear gloves as it dyed my clear gel nails dark brown lol😛 stays on your skin if your not careful! But that's due for you🥰

I applied it to my mustache and side burns and went to wash dishes so when I went to take it off it was about 15 maybe 20 minutes, I know 10 minutes. I had some difficulty washing off the product and when I looked at myself in the mirror this morning I said, YOU *ITCH

Scam... they sent me another bottle of shampoo I didn't order and was charged in my account without my permission.

I was excited to use the product as it seemed better then box dye, application was easy'to use, thou it didnt always dispense dye more shampoo its a little disappointing. The dark brown dye covered the grey hair but left a orange tinge wasnt very nice look and not what i thought i was getting. Wont be purchasing again.

Although results were ok, I had to wait up to 25 minutes for the dark brown to take effect. The very worst part about this product is mixing the colour. Despite shaking the product clear gel continually pumped out. I tried leaving the bottle upside down for a few minutes, shakes slowly for 10 minutes still only clear gel. It occasionally gave some brown smeared gel. First bottle I had was okay but the 3 since had only a smearing of dye in it. It saved no time as I spent over 20 minutes trying to get the dye in the bottle to mix and 25 minutes for the colour to develop. So using a home dye is quicker with better results and works out cheaper. Will not be buying again!

We ordered 2 bottles of Nova hair dyes and were very excited to use it again since my husband loved it the first time we purchased. Unfortunately, these 2 bottles didn’t work at all. We reached out to the company requesting either a refund or a replacement, as it seemed the batch we received might have been defective. However their response was that they don’t offer that option. We are very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. We do not recommend this product.

I am very disappointed with nova hair dye shampoo that I purchased 2 weeks ago . It took 10 days to deliver to my house . I read the instructions thoroughly and shake the bottle so many times to make sure it’s pretty well mixed . Unfortunately that’s not how it turned out it took hours and hours for me to shake the bottle and still came out clear gel . My $38 was a waste of money, I almost finished the whole bottle just in a span of 4 days even I only cover the root. I will not purchase this product again , it’s a big scam !

This company is a fraud they charged me the original purchase then 2 weeks later charged me another 29.99 for a promotion I did not agree to.

It turned my hair darker then it is naturally. The Grey has an orange tint to it. I left a comment on the website and they wanted pictures to prove my complant, which turned into them saying it dosent lighten as there is no bleach. My responce,it turned it DARKER. Read reviews before buying. Purchase at your own risk.

They are experts in scamming you. Take unauthorized payments. Product never arrives. Ordered 25 July. It's now 6 September.

Terrible expérience ever. People do not waste your money on this scam.
They have not potes anything about Henna Tatoos that’s in their product. Which people can get really bad allergies with or get really sick. They have stolen my money. When I tried to return the product they ignored my emails.
Totally unfair and wrongdoing.

I had an allergic reaction to the product. I have reached out to the company several times with no response. I was going to write a good review because I liked the product in general. But I only used it for 2 minutes and had to remove it due to a reaction. It was all in my nose and sinuses.. I took a Claritin to resolve the issue. I obviously cannot use the product unfortunately and need to return it. But they are ignoring my requests.

I have ordered 2 qty black dye shampoo to Australia. Delivered in time from China.
Never charged the correct amount as per App. Charged $US 10 more. Request forwarded to refund the additional amount charged however no talk about it but blame the tax charged as GST in Australia. Australian tax is 10% that all fellow Australians know. This is called
unauthorized charge which is not acceptable.
See this another un authorized payment charged again for no purchase $Aud 61.40 which my bank indicated the payment will be a conflict and unauthorized. The bank got the refund.
As per my experience these fellows are scammers.
Another experience from using the product. May be it is good and coverd grey nicely however I will never intend using it.
I developed skin irritation, rashes, also excessive cough and phylem in the chest blocked with intense headche and very discomfort of body aches for days. Have tested for PCR and other flu symptoms test and found all came negative. The product indicated non toxic however all issues I had indicated from using the product. As per product is non toxic however it is not suitable for everyone. My assessment is it is harmful and can cause even issues to land in hospital with for far more complications.

They do not respond to emails etc, they take your money and then you are on your own, they are not interested in the customer. Costly mistake ordering, avoid at all costs

Took 2 weeks to get to Australia. Im dyed light brown with strong grey underneath. I love the 2 x application concept. So much easier the parting and brushing. Colour came out orangish, and didnt really cover grey that well. I guess if you use every second day would be ok.I had to used about 6 pumps for coverage.
If they could get the natural ingredients correct, with no side affects, they would be on a winner. Must admit no mention of using conditioner in instructions, so used oil and cream on my dried hair.

The stain was so hard to take off. Took a few days to fade.

Full of lie this product, totally waste of money and time, they clam no go over your skin, first time I try and it’s go over all over my face, I have to use my wife micellar to remove all over my face it’s takes ages and my full face burning, Dont not buy this product.
